「乾淨、明亮，美味的早餐是特色，地點接近火車站、公車站具方便性。 但是分配給我的房間是邊間 ，沒有窗戶，桌上的燈光壞了，廁所的洗手槽，水排洩管路，不順暢，有積水現象。」

「Hotel position is good, room is clean and the staff is very nice special Silvia provided the best service which i really appreciated it. Only need to be attention the rooms have to climb up 3-4 stairs without elevator :-)」

「Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures. The lobby is dated and tired. At peak check-in hours, there is a long line and only one reception staff. Breakfast is included in the steep price but you may as well skip it unless you enjoy unkempt tables, overcrowding and terrible coffee from a machine (and this is Italy). 」

「Hotel manager is very kind and helpful. His advice on meals and services have greatly added values to our trips. We would definitely stay here again if we come to Verona next time 」

「Basic setup but has everything」

「Clean and updated room, good location. But the breakfast is bad taste. The green light in bathroom is scary. The staff during midnight can't speak English well. However, it's still suitable choice in this price.」

「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」
