Great hotel, love the visuals of it! Room was a good sized, clean and comfy with everything needed. Staff were very friendly. Easy check in and parking. Not much around location.

The rooms are painted by all local artists, and each room is different. What a cool and wonderful idea. Not in city center but staff offered to drive me in for train. Very welcoming and free breakfast too. A great place. You can’t go wrong by staying here. Hotel was well stocked with bar and was impeccably clean.

For me, the staff was very unwelcoming and on one particular occasion after returning from swimming at La Gard, I was stopped by the 4 receptionists at the desk and asked if I had a room key. It was very much so approached in way by the staff as if I didnt look like I belong there. Additionally, I had a late evening check-in and was taking a shower after an 8hr drive when the water just stopped. I had to stand around lathered for 15mins until the water came back on just so I could finish my shower. Lastly, the outside temperature was fairly warm and even though the hotel has AC it is regulated to only go down to 24C (75F). Theres no way to set it lower so every night just to get to sleep, I slept on top of the covers to prevent sweating. Overall terrible experience for me. The main reason I booked is bc I thought the art theme was unique but even that, the most interesting part is the outside art on the exterior of the building. Do yourself a favor, drive by it and take a picture if you're interested in the art and book another hotel.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt im Muraless Art Hotel Verona. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Bett und die Kissen waren sehr bequem, alles war sauber und gepflegt. Das Bad ist zwar etwas älter, aber völlig in Ordnung. Kostenloser Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Obwohl wir kein Frühstück gebucht hatten, haben wir morgens einen American Coffee getrunken, der uns freundlicherweise nicht berechnet wurde – ein wirklich netter Service. Die Innenstadt ist mit dem Bus gut erreichbar, die Haltestelle ist nur ca. 50 m entfernt, Fahrzeit bis zur Arena Verona etwa 25 Minuten (Achtung: nach 21 Uhr fährt kein Bus mehr). Gerne wieder – tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Nella prenotazione mi era sembrato di aver prenotato una camera per due ma mi sono trovato la prenotazione per un adulto quindi oltre al costo della stanza ho pagato 30€ più le tasse in camera appena accesa aria condizionata calda la mia compagna con patologia allergica alla polvere ha incamiciato a stare malissimo siamo dovuti uscire dalla stanza informata la reception siamo andati in altra stanza stesso problema nel guardare bene ci siamo accorti che i muri belli al suo vedere erano con strato di polvere impegnativo hanno dovuto pulire una stanza apposta per noi per il disagio ci hanno offerto un aperitivo .colazione a buffet ottima ragazze al bar super caffè ottimo

Hotel molto carino vicino a Verona, moderno, pulito e curato, personale molto gentile. Sicuramente consigliato! Faccio solo un paio di consigli sulla colazione per migliorare: Il buffet della colazione è ricco, anche se avremmo preferito un orario che arrivasse almeno fino alle 10:30, fino alle 10:00 nel weekend è un po' poco. Inoltre noi siamo scesi alle 9:00, a qull'ora la scelta di dolce era abbondate e veniva rifornita, le uova strapazzate erano finite e non son state più rifornite. Altro consiglio sulla colazione è di mettere un vero succo di arancia, quello disponibile era un in realtà una limonata annacquata.

Ganz tolle Zimmer mit verschiedenen Wandmalereien. Zimmer tip top sauber und geräumig. Sehr nettes, freundliches Personal. Auf dem Zimmer die Möglichkeit, sich einen Kaffee oder Tee aufzubrühen. Auch das Bad geräumig, groß und sehr sauber. Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb, ist dafür aber auch sehr ruhig gelegen.

Das Hotel ist nicht so wie auf den Bildern. Wir haten zwei Zimmern die neu waren aber vom Bad kam immer ein Geruch und die Klimaanlage hat so ein lautes Geruch gemacht die ganze Nacht auch wenn sie aus war.

Séjour en moyenne bien. La chambre est originale avec une deco unique. La réception très sympathique et réactive. Le seul point noir c’est le petit déjeuner, entre l’ouverture des portes en retard, les tables pas débarrassées, le manque d’un peu tout sur les étales… Bref il reste du travail à faire pour être au top!

Hôtel très original, décor de film de cinéma, chambre unique, odeurs de remontée d’égout pas très agréable en raison de la zone de situation de l’hôtel en périphérie de zone agricole, et autres, une attention à porter sur cela. Au delà de cela, la réception et les réceptionnistes ont été incroyables et très accueillantes merci pour tout. Petit bémol, le service au restaurant à revoir complet. Si cuisine très bonne, le délai d’attente + d’une heure et l’incompétence du service…. Dommage. Point fort : les gaufres au petit déjeuner.
