Villa Gea is an elegant newly built property located in the countryside of Castellammare del Golfo, about 3 km far away from the town that rises on the slopes of the mountain complex of Monte Inici and gives its name to the gulf of the same name, located near the castle bordered to the east by Capo Rama and to the west by Capo San Vito.

Its territory is very characteristic, located on a stretch of coast where the high cliffs are interspersed with sandy beaches and intimate coves. The landscape is very suggestive and you can admire breathtaking views in every corner and glimpse, an ideal destination for lovers of photography that make this landscape of real travel postcards.

The villa was realized using local and traditional Sicilian materials, as tuff and wood that make the rooms warm and cozy. It extends over one floor, overlooking the valley and Castellammare.

It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (with shower), two fully equipped kitchens and it can accommodate up to 8 guests.

The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms and two twin bedded rooms.

Outside the villa is surrounded by a lush garden with olive trees and typical Mediterranean plants. There is a swimming pool (10 x 6 meters) and a wide veranda with comfortable garden furniture which offer visitors the opportunity to enjoy moments of pure relax.

Neighborhood and transport:
Castellammare del Golfo is a truly magical and picturesque place with the square fishermen's houses painted in white and ocher yellow.
Over the centuries it suffered various destructions, but was always rebuilt. It boasts wonderful landscapes, dream beaches and fantastic monuments.

Rental Rules:
Minimum stay: 5 nights, 7 nights from 12 July to 22 August.
The price includes consumption of gas, water, towels, bed linen.
High chair and cot are available under prior request.

Final cleaning E 120,00
Tourist tax: 1,50€ per person/ per night (maximum 6 nights). The tourist tax will be paid on site according to local regulations.
Energy cost: 150 kwh per week included. Over 150 kwh Guests will pay €0,50 / kwh
A late check in fee of Euro 20 is applied for check in after 9 pm. The amount must be paid on site.
