Casette Pricci is a charming complex of Trulli Immersed in the countryside of Castellana Grotte, composed of small housing units of Trullis and “lamie”, with pool to share (dim.4x10). All the accommodations are independent, each of them has its own kitchen facilities except for one of the units.
CASETTA LAVANDA: (sleeping 4) it consists of trulli and an alcove. Master bedroom in the trulli and twin bedroom, with two single beds in the alcove. Bathroom with shower, kitchen.
CASETTE PRICCI is equipped with all comforts and it has an area where all guests can take use of a large kitchen, big table, benches and barbecue. On the back laundry service. A staircase leads you to the pool with solarium and to the relaxation area with sofas in the shade of a pergola. Two outdoors showers at the pool. All around garden with flowers, ornamental plants and lawn that makes a frame around this beautiful building completely restored. The wi-fi signal in the area of this property is often weak or absent. Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks.

For security reasons, the property has surveillance cameras, in outdoor areas, to protect the owners and guests themselves.
The late check-in supplement is optional. If you choose not to use it, we will send you the instructions to access the property and arrange to meet you the following day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight is €100.00.

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €70.00.

8. After booking, customers will be asked to register on our site, entering the required details and signing a lease, as required by Italian law.
9. If the customer does not dispose of the garbage upon departure, an additional cost of € 200.00 will be charged.
10. Extra midweek cleaning: €30.00 per hour per cleaner
