This rate includes:

- Zer0Dep Guarantee = You do not pay the security deposit on balance or on arrival and you have EuropAssistance coverage in case of accidental damage to the property during your stay (up to the maximum of € 1,500.00 and with the limitations provided).

The price does not include:
Mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals (€ 50,00 per animal per week or part of week). Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
Tourism tax (where applicable).

Villa Rudy is a spacious villa located between the countryside of Monopoli and Castellana Grotte, just a few kilometers from the beautiful beaches of Puglia and the UNESCO-listed Valle d'Itria. The name "Rudy" is a family tradition, and on the lower floor, you’ll find the original "Gran Caffè Rudy 1860" sign, a tribute to the famous coffee from Monopoli. The interiors, tastefully furnished, offer three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the first floor and a master suite on the second floor. The villa provides ample space for entertainment, with wireless speakers, kitchens on both the ground and first floors, and an outdoor kitchen perfect for barbecues by the pool. The well-maintained gardens are fully fenced and feature a heated private pool with a cover to maintain the temperature, an elegant fountain, and decorative lighting in Grottaglie ceramic. Relaxation areas with comfortable armchairs and a first-floor veranda, ideal for convivial meals, complete the property.
Interior:
The villa is spread over three levels connected by internal stairs. GROUND FLOOR - Dining room, kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, living area with smart tv, fireplace, and a bar corner equipped with a dishwasher, sink, and wine cellar, laundry room. UPPER FLOOR - Kitchen, living room with a large fireplace, two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with showers, one double bedroom with a divisible bed and en suite bathroom with a shower, a terrace furnished with a dining table and a relaxation area with sofas. SECOND FLOOR (ATTIC) - A suite with a double bed, private bathroom, shower and a central bathtub, a kitchenette with an induction cooktop, mini-fridge, microwave, and smart tv.
Park:
Villa Rudy is surrounded by a private garden of approximately 2000 sqm, with typical plants such as holm oaks, cork oaks, olive trees, laurel, and flowers. From the private, covered parking area, shaded by two centuries-old oaks, you can access the pool area, which is surrounded by a well-maintained lawn. The external lighting, automatic, fully customizable, and adaptable by the guests, including RGB LEDs that enhance the pool and color it to the guests' liking, makes the villa perfectly and comfortably usable during the evening hours. The covered veranda on the raised ground floor is furnished with a dining table and a relaxation area.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool, which can be heated upon request (from October to May), is located about 5 meters from the house. Rectangular in shape, measuring 4 x 10 meters with a depth of 1.40 meters; bordered with stone, PVC lined, with two relaxation areas with hydro-massage and access via steps; LED spotlight lighting, shower with hot and cold water; saltwater purified; open all year round.
