Vacanze in famiglia

Abbiamo trascorso 14 bellissimi giorni in questa bellissima villa. A 15 minuti a piedi (o 5 in bicicletta) dalla bellissima spiaggia di Castellaneta Marina. Villa pulita, accogliente ed organizzata in tutti i dettagli.Speriamo di tornarci presto. Maurizio.

casa splendida attrezzatissima ci siamo trovati benissimo segnalo pero' che il comune di castellaneta dovrebbe prevedere piu' accessi per la spiaggia, per arrivare al mare 1 km a piedi, a settembre si fa bene, è una passeggiata ma immagino ad agosto!

Super maison à 9 min de la plage et hôtes parfaits

Tout est dans le titre, vaste maison très bien équipée avec un jardin où chacun peut trouver son coin. La clim est une bénédiction en été. 5 vraies chambres ( nois étions 3 couples d’adultes et de adolescentes) et une terrasse abritée idéale pour tous les repas. Raffaella a été super réactive lorsque nous avons eu des questions et particulièrement sympathique. Nous recommandons plus que chaleureusement cette location. Très bon rapport qualité prix !

Deux belles semaines de vacances

Nous avons passé 2 excellentes semaines de vacances dans cette maison. Tout est très propre et parfait pour passer du temps en famille. L’extérieur avec la grande terrasse couverte et le jardin ombragé sont parfaites pour se reposer. La plage est à 5 minutes de vélo. Une fois arrivés vous pouvez vous passer de votre voiture et tout faire en vélo. Les ados ont adoré pouvoir sortir seuls le soir prendre des glaces. C’est vraiment une ambiance familiale à l’italienne. Carmine et ses amis sont adorables et nous ont toujours répondu rapidement à nos questions. À très vite

Nice villa

Owner was a nice man. Check-in and check out was very easy. Advertisement needs to be adjusted in regards to beds. Number of sleeping places is correct, but its 3 doubles, a single (instead of twin) and aan outbuilding with a double bed. Not a problem if your couples, but if its just friends, prepare to get cosy with each other. Main room only has 1 couch (as showed on pictures) so prepare to drag in the garden furniture for extra seating on cold nights, if you are more than 3 people.

Schöner, ruhiger Aufenthalt mit Ausgehmöglichkeiten und Unterhaltung

Das Haus ist eine Doppelhaushälfte mit einem sehr schönem Außenbereich zum Grillen entspannen und die Zeit mit der Familie zu genießen. Das Haus befindet sich in einem Urlaubsgebiet, dass nicht auf ausländische sondern eher auf italienische Touristen ausgelegt ist und das ist auch gut so! Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. 10 min von langen Sandstränden mit Beachbars, Restaurants und Beachclubs. Das Meer ist sehr angenehm und perfekt für Kinder.

Clean, modern and a lot of space, good location to the beach

We stayed here for 6 nights as a family of four including two teenagers. The house is spotlessly clean, everything was as shown in the pictures. All windows have window blinds to make the rooms completely dark.

La villa ha tutti i comfort ed è situata in una via tranquilla all’ombra degli alberi, a pochi minuti a piedi o in bici dai lidi e spiagge libere (La spiaggia Termitosa un po’ più lontana ma fantastica) Il Grande tavolo posto sotto il pergolato, le pale all’esterno ed in ogni camera che ci hanno rinfrescato, l’angolo relax e la doccia esterna dotata di acqua calda sono solo alcune chicche che abbiamo apprezzato. Proprietario attento e discreto. Davvero bella esperienza da ripetere!

Perfect, cosy,clean house and wonderful beach

We spent one week in at the beginning of September in this lovely and modern house. We had a great time having dinner in the evening outside or drinking our coffee, facing the green garden. The house is clean, cosy, with personal touch and nice decoration in every room. There is an air conditioning in every room ( we don't need it) and fans. The location is perfect to stay on the clean beach (10 minutes walk), awarded with blue flag. Or to combine it with sightseeing (we visited Matera). It is exactly as it is shown in the pictures, so we recommend this house. The communication with the Carmine families is perfect and they are always available and helping in any occasion. We have a nice and relaxing holiday, so we enjoyed it completely. Hope to come back again

Sehr zufrieden

Es handelt sich um ein schönes Ferienhaus, alles vorhanden von der Waschmaschine bis zum Grill. Schöne Lage in einem Pinienhain. Strand zu Fuss erreichbar, aber auch mit Auto, Stellplätze am Strand. Supermarkt und Ortszentrum (Geschäfte und Restaurants) schnell erreichbar. Vermieter sehr kooperativ, hat uns über whatsapp Ausflugstipps gegeben und bei Problemen geholfen.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour à castelenetta Marina. Nous avons rencontré le papa de Carmine qui nous a bien tout expliqué (même si on ne comprenait pas tout). La villa est conforme aux photos présentées sur le site, elle est spacieuse et très bien entretenue. On recommande fortement cette villa. Merci à carminé pour cet excellent séjour.

Great stay

We have a great stay on the Villa Elisabetta. Carmine and his parents are very nice hosts and were availbale during all our stay for any questions. The house is the same as on the picture : big and clean. The beach is at 15 min by feet and the house is just 5 min to the center. A litte precision : the terrain is sloping and that it is not very practical to play for children. This has not been a problem for us but I will specify it for those looking for a great playground. I recommand this house and we will be back !

Con la mia numerosa ed esigente famiglia abbiamo riconfermato per il secondo anno consecutivo il soggiorno in questa bellissima e confortevole villa di Castellaneta Marina. Il posto merita il mare e i servizi sono comodamente accessibili anche a piedi. Anche quest'anno abbiamo concluso la vacanza molto contenti e soddisfatti della scelta. Ottima ospitalità da parte dei proprietari sempre attenti affinché non manchi nulla ai loro ospiti.
