“The check in was annoying. The online process was long and tedious. Then, after downloading the key app... the key was never sent so we still had to go to the other hotel. Which was fine, they were all close and it was nice to see the town. Just irritating because who likes to problem solve while on vacation? We will be coming back to this location next time!
