「From the moment I got out of my taxi, I was greeted by the owner, Costanza. She and her assistant, Asia, treated me like a long lost friend! I was hours late but they were still waiting! I climbed up the stairs to my top floor apartment and was happy with what I saw. Everything I needed was there! The kitchen with a gas stove was just what I needed. There was a dishwasher as well as the stove and large fridge. There was also a washing machine for my clothes and everything else was extraordinary!...

「Beautiful pool! The apartment had a weird layout where you had to walk through one bedroom to get to the other. The check-in folks were not very helpful. We requested 5 additional minutes to check out and were told we couldn’t have them, but 30 minutes later they still hadn’t started cleaning the room. While the location is close to town, it is a steep walk up a hill to get to town so not ideally walking distance. 」

「I was given upgrade for free. Very clean, very nice staff, center of all the action . Has the best view of the sunset and Arno river. Love the jacuzzi, best bed and pillows. I’m a serious traveler and had been to a lot of 5 star hotels , and this one felt like I’m in 1! I will surely cone back! 」

「Servicen er i top, der er mange pools og aktiviteter til børnene. Vi havde halvpension og maden var virkelig lækker. Vi kunne vælge mellem 3 restauranter hver dag og især maden på Vecchio var lækker. Alt var virkelig flot og velholdt og personalet er super venlige, hjælpsomme og professionelle!」

「This was an oasis amongst an extremely large and crowded city. Too hot to sleep comfortably but otherwise a super nice place to stay for a couple of days. Monica is extremely responsive and helpful.」
