The fully equipped kitchen has appliances like an oven, dishwasher, gas stove, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and capsules for the coffee machine (Nespresso) at an extra cost. There is also an exit to the terrace and a separate WC on this level. On the upper floor, you will find a double bedroom with an exit to the balcony and a children's room with two beds measuring 90 cm by 200 cm. There is also a bath/bidet/WC on this level.
