  • This modern and comfortable 1-bedroom apartment in Empuriabrava is ideal for couples or small families, accommodating up to 4 guests. With 35 m² of living space and direct sea views, it’s located just 50 meters from the sandy beach and 300 meters from a supermarket. Set in a peaceful, family-friendly area right by the sea, the apartment offers a relaxing coastal escape with all the essentials for a pleasant stay.

    The apartment includes a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, and kitchen utensils. Guests can enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning in the living room. Outdoor parking is included, and the apartment is conveniently located on the ground floor.

    Pet-friendly upon request, the apartment is also close to local attractions such as Peralada Golf (16 km), Figueres AVE/TGV station (20 km), and Girona Airport (65 km). With its beachfront location, practical amenities, and welcoming atmosphere, this apartment is a great choice for a relaxing and affordable holiday in Empuriabrava.
