Front of sea

Apparemment très bien équipé. Balcon/terrasse face à la mer. Restaurants, bars à proximité immédiate. Plage magnifique et chiens interdits. Juste le paradis.

Belle vue

L appartement était spacieux. La climatisation parfaite. La décoration très vieillotte. A noter que le logement était au 3eme étage sans ascenseur (pas précisé). Pas idéal si enfants en bas âges ou personnes un peu âgées. Ce n était pas notre cas. L eau de la piscine était chaude et propre. La mer était chaude également par contre présence de méduses ++. Séjour agréable mais rapport qualité prix trop cher.

Premium Meerblick

Das Appartement hat alles was man für den Urlaub braucht. Der Meerblick ist ein Traum. Unten befinden sich mehrere Restaurants und abends ein Flohmarkt (leider viel Plagiatsware, kaum authentische Souvenirs) und samstags ein großer Markt. Die Schlafzimmer liegen hinten heraus, sodass man dem Trubel sich entgehen kann. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Empuriabrava sehr genossen.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement du 6 au 20 juillet 2019. La situation de l'appartement et sa description correspondent exactement à l'annonce. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil à l'agence IMMO BARNEDA, très professionnel et sympathique. A peine arrivé à l'agence, nous avons été pris en charge et reçu toutes les informations et détails de notre séjours. L’appartement est bien situé sur le passage maritime, bien équipé et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Vous apportez juste vos affaires personnelles, vous n’avez besoin de rien d’autres. Appartement climatisé (deux clim), lumineux, spacieux, belle terrasse vue mer. Vous n’avez pas de problème de stationnement car l’agence prévoit une carte de stationnement gratuite. Vous avez également un accès aux piscines du complexe. Nous avons l’intention de séjourner dans le même appartement pour nos prochaines vacances dans cette magnifique région.

Location MIRABLAU à EMPURIABRAVA

Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement à l'agence par Mme JENSEN et son époux pour la remise des clés, des personnes vraiment sympathiques ainsi que toutes l'équipes. Notre location MIRABLAU situé à Empuriabrava dans un immeuble situé à côté de la mer, ce qui nous a permis de laisser la voiture sur le parking. L'appartement est vraiment magnifique, grand spacieux très clair avec 2 salle de bain et 2 wc ce qui est très appréciable avec des ados, une belle cuisine ouverte et une belle terrasse pour profiter de la vue. Empuriabrava est une ville aussi bien pour les ados que pour les parents, les enfants peuvent sortir tranquillement jusqu'au bout de la nuit sans problème. Je recommande cette location à tous. Nous avons passé un séjour MAGNIFIQUE !

Nous avons loué l'appartement pour 2 semaines et n'avons pas été déçu. La remise des clés s'est bien passée, même en arrivant le dimanche. L'appartement était agréable, bien équipé, propre, grand .., avec une belle vue sur la mer. Il n'y avait qu'a traverser la route pour aller à la plage. Les piscines sont à proximité du logement et les commerces accessibles à pied. L'appartement est idéalement situé pour assister (du balcon) aux festivites comme il y a eu au 14 juillet et autres fêtes. Ns sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour.

Séjour très agréable

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement confortable, bien équipé, face à la mer. La location se trouve dans un quartier animé mais pas bruyant, à 5 minutes des commerces (magasins, restaurants de tapas ...). Le parking étant compris dans la location, on peut facilement se passer de la voiture ; de plus des piscines se trouvent en bas de l'immeuble. La région alentours fourmille de lieux à visiter ; on se trouve notamment à 1h30 de Barcelone.

bel appartement, et belle situation

bel appartement, très bien situé juste à coté de la plage, logement propre et bien équipé sobre et pratique. Le plus : les deux salles de bains ! Accès aux piscines de la résidence, et parking pratique puisque l'abonnement au stationnement sur le parking d'en face est compris dans le prix de la location. Accueil très sympa à l'agence, et présence pendant le séjour en cas de problème assurée.
