Located 500 metres from the beautiful, natural Rubina Beach, this house features a mooring for a sailboat or motorboat up to 8 metres long (for a fee) and a private hot tub available year-round.<br>Open year-round, the house is located very close to the Pyrenees (a 2-hour drive). It’s not uncommon to go skiing during the day and enjoy some sunshine upon your return.<br><br>Very fast, free Wi-Fi. 65-inch Smart TV with satellite channels featuring French and international programming.<br><br>!See also “Other Important Information”<br>The Accommodation<br>You’ll arrive at a secure, locked electric gate leading to a private parking spot for one car on a very quiet side street by the sea (500 m) and very close to a resort (100 m) with an Olympic-sized pool, a fitness centre, and restaurants (fees apply—see traveller information; not open during the off-season). There is also a fee for using the mooring to dock your boat (see traveller information).<br><br>The Aiguamolls Natural Park surrounds the area. There’s a kitesurfing spot on the beach.<br><br>The Pyrenees are very close by, so you can go skiing during the day and enjoy the beach or the hot tub at the end of the day (the nearest ski resorts are a 2-hour drive away).<br><br>There’s a small entryway where you can store your shoes and other beach gear (recommended); the open kitchen is on your right, and the ground-floor bathroom is on your left, along with a small closet.<br>The dining room and living room are in the same open space. The living room features a comfortable 3½-seater sofa, a brand-new 65" smart TV, and a Bluetooth soundbar.<br><br>Two reversible air conditioners are installed to provide heating and cooling year-round throughout the house (one on the ground floor and one upstairs in the master bedroom).<br><br>You can access the brand-new, fully renovated ground-floor deck through the large picture window in the living room, where you’ll find a garden table for 6 people, a built-in BBQ, and a private hot tub that’s available year-round.<br><br>You’ll enjoy a beautiful, sunny view of the moorings and boats from morning until mid-afternoon.<br><br>Very well located and always sheltered from the wind.<br><br>Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an additional half-bath, as well as a beautiful terrace/sun deck. There is a master bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a double bed. This room features a 40" smart TV for streaming Netflix, Prime, etc.<br><br>There is another bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with a single bed. The other small fold-out single bed is located on the patio that opens onto the terrace/sun deck.<br>The other bathroom features a bathtub with a shower, a toilet, and a sink (this is also where the small washing machine is located).<br><br>!!! It’s very easy to get to via the centre of Empuriabrava or along the small road that leads directly to the main highway to Roses or Figueres. The house is located approximately 30 km from the French border, and the drive there is very quick once you exit the Spanish highway (AP7).<br>Other notes<br>End-of-stay cleaning service not included in the base price: €150 mandatory (house cleaning and hot tub maintenance).<br><br>Duvet covers, sheets, and bath or kitchen towels are not included in the price (linens are not provided; you may request them from us for a fee).<br><br>Early/late check-in/out: 60€. <br><br>The floating dock is available for a jet ski, 25€/day.
