Rustic single-family house "Caa de Sass". In the hamlet Nasca 1.4 km from the centre of Castelveccana, 2.5 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: storage room for bicycles. 200 m long narrow motor access. Width of access road: 190 cm. Public parking 500 m. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Porto Valtravaglia" 3 km, pebble beach "Caldè" 2.5 km. Hiking paths: Nasca - Sarigo - San Michele 500 m. Please note: car recommended. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
3-room semi-detached house 45 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, rustic and wooden furniture furnishings: upper floor: living room with open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV and fan. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating (extra). Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04. 2nd upper floor: (steep stair), 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings with fan. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Wooden floors. Weite Entfernung
Weite Entfernung, Der zentrale Parkplatz ist etwa 3300 Schritte von der Ferienwohnung entfernt. Für zwei Fahrten am Tag (vormittags, nachmittags) sind dann etwa 13.000 Schritte zwar sportlich, aber bei 36 °C nicht sehr erholsam. Dennoch die Freundlichkeit des Inhabers hat über die Unfreundlichkeit des Nachbarn gesiegt.

Formidables vacances
Gîte très s.ympa propriétaires très agréables le gîte est très bien situé dans ce petit village de Nazca où nous sommes obligés de monter a pieds (la voiture stationné sur un parking en bas) petite vue sur le lac majeur. Village très accueillant dans un cadre magnifique. Beaucoup de jolies ballades à faire

Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt, das Häuschen ist liebevoll modern und gemütlich restauriert und gibt einen guten Eindruck in das einfache Leben in einem Bergdorf. Wir waren mit einem kleinen Auto unterwegs. Unsere Vermieter waren ein nettes verständnisvolles Paar und wir unterhielten uns dreisprachig. Molto grazie und arrividerci

Kleines schnuckeliges Häuschen.
Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und auf de Fotos. Ein kleines Makel ist das man keinen Parkplatz hat der zum Haus gehört und der öffentliche immer voll ist ( der auch ziemlich weit weg ist ).

sehr sauber, gut aisgestattet
Ein wenig weit vom Parkplatz bis zur Wohnung. Wer Ruhe mag, ist dort richtig. Schade ist, dass die Terasse fehlt.
