The house offers 3 bedrooms: two in the sleeping wing, and a third located separately in the basement below the living room. Like all houses in the complex, Li Conchi 13 is only a few steps from the communal pool; Cala Sinzias beach is about 2 km away. Here, adults and children can swim, build sandcastles, or take long walks. The lively towns of Costa Rei and Villasimius are about a 15-minute drive away. Nature lovers can explore the beauty of the Sarrabus mountains in the nearby "Monte dei Sette Fratelli" nature park.
