“The bed and bedding are uncomfortable for this kind of room rate. The bus to this hotel is not frequent. So it makes the staying very tiring to transfer between armarfi town and villa Maria.”

“Rooms were very clean. Staff was also super helpful and polite. Transport was easy from the airport and to the train station. The hotel is located next to a good restaurant. Just down the steps you are in the small main area with shops and lots of restaurants and a 5 min walk to the beach!! The hotel will even make reservations for you if you want somewhere to eat or if you want a ferry trip. I would definitely stay here again!!!!”

“Die Unterkunft war etwas versteckt, aber durch die sehr genaue Anleitung des Hosts leicht zu finden. Allerdings waren es dorthin sehr viele Stufen - für Personen mit leichten Einschränkungen also eher nicht zu empfehlen. Check-In ohne Probleme und das Zimmer war angenehm groß und für italienische Verhältnisse sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Bad ebenso und alles sehr sauber. Man konnte das Zimmer ordentlich verdunkeln und es war nachts sehr sehr ruhig. Vom Schlaf unsere beste Unterkunft im gesamten……

“The Palazzo Avino is an outstanding hotel! We had the most wonderful, relaxing vacation there! It is beautiful both inside an out with beautiful vistas from every corner, window, seat etc. My favourite part of the resort is their private beach club down by the sea. It is magnificent as well! The water is beautiful and your lounges are perch just above the sea. Remember to reserve a spot at the beach club when you arrive as there are only about 15 spots there!!!”

“The hotel is well situated on the outside of Amalfi town with good views and in a convenient location. We drove from another part of Italy and the drive was fun, although GPS isn't the best sometimes and its easy to make a wrong turn, so be prepared. The hotel is not for everyone, i would not recommend it to anyone on a budget. However, if money is not an issue for you, this is one of the better hotels. We stayed in the Villa area which is a short golf cart ride away from the hotel itself. Here……
