A project born to propose a different holiday concept and which aims to rediscover the idea of travel and the promotion of free time. This newly built villa overlooking the waters of Punta Ala Bay has a private pool and direct access to a pebble beach. Surrounded by a garden of 6000 square meters and bordering on a wider natural reserve, it guarantees the maximum privacy, safety and comfort required, although immersed in the almost untouched nature of the Mediterranean scrub. The property offers its guests a tennis court with synthetic grass, the possibility of organizing sailing trips in the nearby Tuscan archipelago as well as a whole series of other high quality services that can make your stay an experience. authentic.
Villa Levante is located just minutes from the Punta Ala Golf Club, one of the five most beautiful golf courses in Europe and from the port of Punta Ala.
Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano and other historic Tuscan towns are just a few kilometers from the Villa. The structure is characterized by an elegant modern design, technological systems and a photovoltaic system for high energy efficiency.
The property also has a 24 hour custody / security service.
The stay includes 3 hours of daily cleaning, excluding Saturday and Sunday, 1 total change of linen per week, consumption and pool / garden maintenance.

Una Villa Stupenda

Due settimane di relax per tutta la famiglia, bimbo e bassotto inclusi, in questa bellissima e spaziosa villa con vista sui due lati di Punta Ala. Piacevolmente in casa e comodissimi ai beach club, abbiamo scoperto anche qualche super ristorante nell’entroterra. Complimenti ai proprietari ed al professionale e disponibile custode! Sicuramente la villa più incantevole della zona.
