Einfach fantastisch!

Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen und sehr schön eingerichtet. Alles was zum Kochen und zum Leben benötigt wird, ist vorhanden. Sogar ein überdachter Parkplatz unterhalb des Hauses gehört dazu. Die beiden Terrassen sind das absolute Highlight. Auf der unteren lässt es sich prima essen und auch mal im Schatten sitzen. Die Panoramaterrasse ganz oben hat den schönsten Meerblick, den man sich vorstellen kann. Der Vermieter ist super nett und die Kommunikation hat hervorragend geklappt. Es gibt absolut gar nichts zu beanstanden!

Top Lage hilft nicht über Schwächen hinweg

Die Unterkunft ist sehr großzügig und insgesamt gut ausgestattet so wie beschrieben. Der Blick von den Balkonen ist toll. Jedoch ist das Objekt in die Jahre gekommen. Wir fanden daher das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht in Ordnung.

Wunderbar

Wirklich sehr schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage, unglaubliche Aussicht. Sehr effiziente Betreuung vor Ort. Die zum Teil kritischen Kommentare über die Ausstattung sind für mich schwer nachvollziehbar. Einziger Nachteil waren die hohen Temperaturen, die sich unter dem Dach natürlich bemerkbar machen.

Lovely home in a beautiful town

We loved our stay here and especially enjoyed the two spacious outdoor areas, perfect for enjoying meals and a drink at sunset. While Nils was easy to communicate with and very helpful, we would have appreciated more detailed information about how various things worked (washer/dryer, tv, wifi ) as well as more basic kitchen items (olive oil, salt) and hand soap/more toilet paper . But overall a really beautiful apartment in a very special place!

Fantastische Wohnung in traumhafter Lage

Die Wohnung liegt traumhaft innerhalb der Mauern der Burg von Castiglione. Auch wenn die Anfahrt durch die extrem engen Gassen etwas abenteuerlich ist, lohnt es sich. Wir haben jede freie Minute auf einer der beiden Terrassen mit dem traumhaften Blick über die Stadt und aufs Meer verbracht. Die Wohnung selbst ist gut ausgestattet und sehr ordentlich. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Casa spaziosa in una posizone magnifica

Le comunicazioni sono state puntuali e precise da subito. L'host è stato sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre richieste. La casa è come da annuncio, in una bellissima posizione nel centro storico di Castiglione. Il posto auto è nelle vicinanze della proprietà ed è un grande punto a favore per la qualità del soggiorno. Non è facile infatti avere una possibilità di parcheggio nel centro storico. L'alloggio è su tre livelli, spazioso, e accogliente. le terrazze sono superlative, specialmente quella adiacente al soggiorno con il tavolo. La prenderemmo sicuramente in considerazione per un prossimo soggiorno.

Nous aurions aimé être accueilli à notre arrivée par le gérant afin qu’il nous explique le fonctionnement des divers appareils, celui du stationnement et que la télé soit en état de marche. Sinon tout était conforme à l’annonce d’Abritel.

Die Wohnung war leider eine Enttäuschung

Die Lage der Wohnung und das Städtchen sind wirklich sehr schön. Die Wohnung selber war leider enttäuschend. Die Bilder des Inserates zeigen den tatsächlichen Zustand der Wohnung nicht. Vieles war abgenutzt oder defekt (Terrassenmöbel, WC-Rollenhalter, eine Dusche...), Küchenschränke rochen muffig und es war nicht wirklich sauber (eventuell war länger niemand vor uns in der Wohnung). Man hat das Gefühl, dass die Wohnung nicht wirklich unterhalten wird. Bestätigung durch Verwaltung und die genaue Angabe zur Anreise gab es erst am Tag der Anreise. Somit waren wir unsicher, dass alles klappt. Internet hat während der ganzen Woche nicht funktioniert. Die versprochene Entschädigung dafür haben wir nie erhalten. Wir würden diese Wohnung nicht mehr buchen.

Wunderschöne Lage! Wohnung super geschnitten, doch leider etwas "runtergewohnt"

Wir verbrachten hier eine wunderschöne Woche Ende August/Anfang September 2022. Zuerst das Wichtigste: Die Wohnung liegt wirklich traumhaft! Besonders die Blicke von den 2 Terassen haben uns verzaubert und über manch anderes drübersehen lassen. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und die Zimmer groß genug. Man ist in wenigen Schritten in der Altstadt und auch am Strand. Nette Restaurants & Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das einzige, was uns gestört hat war, dass die Möbel, Sofas, Einrichtungsgegenstände, das Geschirr etc ziemlich verlebt sind. z. Teil hängen die Schranktüren aus den Angeln, sind die Sofas verfleckt und sämtliche Fliegengitter an den Fenstern zerrissen. Das ist etwas blöd, da es aufgrund der nicht vorhandenen Klimaanlage (dies war uns bewußt, da in der Beschreibung erwähnt) unausweichlich war, die Fenster offen zu halten. Ich denke, wenn die Wohnung mal wieder aufgefrischt ist, ist auch der hohe Preis aufgrund der tollen Lage gerechtfertigt.

Parfait!

Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique à Castiglione della Pescaia. La maison de Nils est très bien située, à 5 minutes de la plage et des restaurants et elle possède une vue incroyable. La maison est bien équipée et très agréable à vivre. Nous recommandons vivement!

Traumhafter Kurzurlaub im wunderschönen Castiglione

Von Anfang an hat alles gut geklappt! Wir konnten am Anreisetag schon ein bisschen früher in die Wohnung, die absolut gut ausgestattet ist! Es gibt eine gemütliche Terrasse im Anschluss an das Wohnzimmer sowie eine Dachterrasse mit traumhaftem Blick über die Bucht! Die Möbel auf der Terrasse sind allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollten ersetzt werden, und den Schirm konnten wir gar nicht aufspannen, denn auch er hat ein paar Jahre auf dem Buckel und z. T. keine Schlaufen für die Streben. Aber das hat uns nicht davon abgehalten abends ein Gläschen Wein auf der Dachterrasse zu genießen! Unweit der Wohnung und innerhalb der Burg gibt es nette Restaurants wobei wir vom Posto Pubblico ziemlich enttäuscht waren, das La Fortezza jedoch sehr lecker kocht und das Personal freundlich ist! Empfehlenswert (funktioniert nur mit Reservierung....)!! Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt in Castiglione! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder! Danke auch an Nils, der die Abwicklung sehr unkompliziert gestaltet hat!

Charming place

Very special position above the stunning town. Really nice apartment- lots of room and all facilities needed. In the height of summer - air con - or more fans would have helped and as a non-German speaker it would’ve been nice to see instructions/recommendations in other languages. Nils very responsive and overall an excellent place. Town stunning and many lovely beaches nearby. Recommended.

Phantastisch - Ort und Wohnung sind traumhaft

Wir kommen sehr gern in diese Ferienwohnung, sie hat mit die beste Lage vom Blick über die Bucht her gesehen, ist toll eingerichtet und sehr gut in Schuss. Lediglich die An- und Abfahrt mit einem großen PKW ist wegen der engen Gassen der Altstadt und den Übergängen von flachen in sehr steile Straßenabschnitte unangenehm (Fahrzeug kann aufsetzen), aber machbar.

Einzigartig und außergewöhnlich...

Der Ort, die Umgebung und die Lage der Unterkunft sind wirklich einzigartig - die Ausschreibung trifft den Punkt. Dennoch möchte ich ein paar wenige Dinge hervorheben: Der Service durch Herrn Dyken war unkompliziert und immer verfügbar. Danke! Nachteilig war die fehlende Klimaanlage (steht aber in der Ausschreibung!). Ich war froh darüber, mit einem nicht zu großen KFZ angereist zu sein, die Gassen sind RICHTIG eng! Die Lage auf dem Berg eröffnet einen umwerfenden Panoramablick, insbesondere für Fotografen sehr wertvoll. Aber der tägliche Aufstieg kann mühselig sein. Der Preis der Unterkunft (in der tollen Umgebung!) ist eher gehoben. Ich hätte mir hier ein wenig mehr Sauberkeit gewünscht, bspw. das Geschirr mussten wir bei Ankunft waschen. Grundsätzlich jedoch bleibt es dabei: Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt, an den wir uns lange erinnern werden :-) Gerne wieder!

Eine schöne Wohnung in der perfekten Lage

Das absolute Highlight der Wohnung ist einfach ihre Lage direkt oben an der Burg in Kombination mit den beiden Dachterrassen. Man hat einen richtigen Postkartenblick! Alles was man braucht ist fußläufig zu erreichen, so dass man den zur Wohnung gehörenden Parkplatz eigentlich nur bei An- und Abreise benötigt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sie ist mit mehr als allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Die gesamte Abwicklung so wie An- und Abreise liefen sehr unkompliziert und bei Fragen war Herr Dyken schnell zu erreichen. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen!
