9.4/10 Exceptional! (5,340 reviews)
The hotel is beautiful and it boasts one of the best, most organized breakfast services I've ever seen. The rooms are immaculately clean. Well located to cultural destinations.
My only notes would be that the mattress in my room was very firm, which made for difficulty falling asleep. If you need a firm mattress, this place is for you. I was disappointed with my service at the rooftop bar. The cocktails and setting were beautiful, but the server made me feel unwelcome.
