Idyllic luxury villa with breathtaking views

We spend a fabulous week in this stunning villa. The only drawback was that it was difficult to leave. The interiors are luxurious and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped. Air con was much appreciated in the July heat. The vegetable garden with endless supply of fresh tomatoes and basil was a welcome bonus!

Beautiful villa

We had a wonderful week's stay in this villa on our tour of Puglia. The view, outside seating area and pool are stunning. We enjoyed the sunsets from the roof terrace. Excellent BBQ area too. The air conditioning worked well and the beds were really comfy. Fabio was a perfect host and nothing was too much trouble to help us with. There were some essential kitchen items that we felt were missing at check in and he supplied these the next day. You can walk to a nearby restaurant which was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend this villa.

Très belle maison et meilleur couchés de soleil dés Pouilles

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans la maison de Fabio (très bien équipée et meublée avec beaucoup de goût). Ce que nous avons le plus aimé : le bougainvillea qui décore la terrasse, les petites sorties à la plage de galets à pied pour voir les poissons (chaussures de baignade recommandées à cause des oursins), visite du château de Gallipoli, sandwiches de poulpe à Otranto, les couchés de soleil, visite du phare et puis les grottes en bateau, visite de Lecce en partant direction nord des Pouilles… merci mille fois, Fabio - une adresse à retenir sans hésitation !

La location è realmente come si vede dalle foto, c’è tutto quello che può servire, molto pulito, tranquillo…il paradiso! L’unica nota un tantino stonata è l’ora del check out, 9,30 è troppo presto, anche perché alle 8,30 arrivano già le signore a pulire.

Siamo arrivati nella proprietà e siamo stati accolti da Fabio che ci ha fatto sentire sin da subito come a casa!! Fabio ci ha dato un sacco di consigli sulle spiagge e sui luoghi da visitare ed è stato anche super disponibile ad accontentare le nostre richieste! Per quanto riguarda la villa si può solo dire che sia magnifica, la vista è stupenda ad ogni ora della giornata è vi assicuro che vedere il sole tramontare sul mare dalla piscina non ha prezzo!! La casa è super pulita e molto curata! La consiglio vivamente a tutti sia per una vacanza con gli amici sia con la famiglia!!! 5 stelle su tutto ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Une très belle villa

La propriété et la piscine sont très propres. La maison est bien équipée. L'endroit est calme et idéal pour se ressourcer. La vue est magnifique et permet d'assister le soir au coucher du soleil. Fabio est un hôte charmant et réactif. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille.

Wir durften einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus verbringen. Die Lage und der Blick sind überragend, der Pool sehr schön. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, alles sehr sauber. Fantastisches Urlaubsdomizil & traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Wir sind gestern aus unserem Herbsturlaub aus Santa Maria di Leuca in Apulien zurückgekommen und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Bereits vor unserer Ankunft hat uns der Sohn der Eigentümer Fabio alle Fragen sehr freundlich und immer super schnell beantwortet. Auch auf eine spontane etwas frühere Anreise wurde ohne Probleme akzeptiert. Am Haus angekommen wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und mit allen Dingen im Haus und des riesigen Grundstücks vertraut gemacht. Fabio hatte sogar die Deutsch sprachige Übersetzerin Anna mit eingeladen, was die Einweisung sehr erleichterte. Nochmals vielen lieben Dank für diesen besondere Service. Die Abwicklung war absolut unbürokratisch und sehr angenehm. Auch während unseres Aufenthalts stand uns Fabio immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend mit einem traumhaften Meerblick. Die Sonnenuntergänge waren jeden Abend das absolute Highlight und haben wir noch in keinem Ferienhaus so erlebt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses mit Geschirr und Besteck ist super umfassend. Wenn überhaupt fehlt noch ein Wasserkocher, ansonsten lässt das Haus keine Wünsche offen. Selbst eine Nespresso-Maschine stand mit Kapseln bereit. Wir hatten in diesen schwierigen Zeiten mit Corona einen absolut fantastischen Urlaub und bedanken uns nochmals bei Fabio, seinem sehr netten Großvater und seinen Eltern für dieses tolle Haus. vacanza di assoluto relax nello splendido quadro del Salento

ci siamo davvero trovati benissimo in questa splendida villa: comoda, attrezzatissima e curata in ogni minimo dettaglio! La doccia esterna, la vista stupenda e la quiete sono le cose che abbiamo maggiormente apprezzato. Fabio e’ stato gentilissimo e disponibile per ogni esigenza e anche suo padre una persona squisita che ci ha portato dei fichi buonissimi durante tutta la durata del soggiorno, grazie ancora! C’e’ anche un piccolo orto della villa di cui abbiamo molto apprezzato i pomodori e le melanzane. Che altro dire se non che speriamo di poterci ritornare prestissimo!

Un angolo di paradiso

In una posizione favolosa, al mattino il blu del mare e del cielo danno il buongiorno dalla vista verso la piscina incorniciata da splendide Bouganvilles. Alla sera si gode di tramonti spettacolari e Di notte si possono amirare le stelle cadenti dal solarium. Cura e pulizia dettagliate. Splendida vacanza. Il ns soggiorno di una settimana è stato sicuramente ottimo tanto da farci dire che contrariamente alle ns abitudini, saremmo rimasti volentieri una seconda settimana. Ottima struttura con tutti i confort per una vacanza rilassante. Zona assolutamente tranquilla e silenziosa. Attenzione ai dettagli da parte del proprietario, c'è tutto ciò che serve ed anche di più. Wunderschönes Haus mit Meersicht

Fabelhaft!!! Das Haus ist wunderschön, komfortabel und modern eingerichtet. Es verfügt über Klimaanlagen in den verschiedensten Räumen. Man fühlt sich durch die moderne Alarmanlage sicher. Wir (6 Personen mit Hund) haben zwei Wochen göttlich geschlafen, wunderbare Matratzen und Kissen- keine 0815 Ware. Erwähnen möchten wir ganz speziell die Sauberkeit und die Qualität des Hauses. Alles ist von Fabio, bis ins letzte Detail überdacht worden - wirklich toll! Der Pool ist wunderbar und man geniesst während dem schwimmen eine atemberaubende Meersicht inmitten vieler Olivenbäume. In bester Erinnerung werden wir die Aussendusche bewahren, einfach nur fantastisch unter dem Sternenhimmel zu duschen. Die Gegend ist ruhig und sehr traditionell, es bietet viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Man erreicht in wenigen Minuten Strand, Promenade, Einkausmöglichkeiten sowie zahlreiche, sehr gute und preisgünstige Restaurants. Der Garten ist auch nennenswert, wir haben uns zwischendurch Spaghetti mit frischen Cherrytomaten und Basilikum gekocht. Die Gastgeber Familie Fabio und sein Vater, sind enorm grosszügig und sehr hilfsbereit. Man darf das Gemüse vom Garten nutzen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und der Gastgeber Fabio, hat uns gleich sehr freundlich empfangen und mit wichtigen Infos versorgt. Wir danken ganz herzlich an dieser Stelle Fabio für seine Hilfsbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit und liebevolle Art. Seinem Papa der für die Gartenpflege verantwortlich war, möchten wir auch herzlich danken vor allem für die feinen Feigen die er zwischendurch vorbeibrachte🙏🏼 Sehr gerne wieder! Casa all'altezza delle nostre aspettative. La nostra famiglia 6 persone più il cane, ha soggiornato 1 settimana in questa splendida dimora. La casa confortevole e arredata con gusto e signorilità. Pulita e dotata di ogni confort. La piscina bellissima e ben curata forse solo un po piccola per la tipologia di casa e con in torno terra rossa che per chi come noi ha un cane può essere un limite. Il proprietario Fabio è una persona disponibile e attenta ad ogni esigenza. Noi siamo rimasti soddisfatti e consigliamo questa proprietà per chi desidera visitare il salento vista anche la vicinanza alle zone di maggior interesse di questa terra come Lecce,Otranto, Gallipoli ecc..
