“Overall it was a great place. I was disappointed about a few things, but i prefer to write them so other costumers do not fall under the same trap that create expectations. When i book, i always look at the Icons of inclusions, for commodity i always look for a place that included breakfast, Adoro displays it just as Breakfast, turns out it was not included, it is ok it is not a huge difference in money it is just the surprise and inconvenience, same goes for Shuttle to the Airport, i took this……

“Lovely residential area, clean room, close to the metro. Confusing key setup that required a two people holding the gate open to be able to check out and leave the room key behind. Automatic phone door locks didn't always work.”

“Relais Garbatella is well-situated in a very local Roman neighborhood in Garbatella. A hop skip from Colosseum, 3 metro stops away on Line A and also conveniently accessible to Termini; might I mention that the Garbatella metro station is only 2.5 streets/blocks away. My liking of Relais Garbatella began well before stepping foot on the property. Luca’s above and beyond hospitality came in the form of openness with accommodation requests, answering questions about Rome, or needing extra supplies……

“Staff was friendly and helpful. Property is new and clean. Liked that it was in a residential area. Small restaurants and markets are near by. Using the elevator took a little getting used to but the new one seems to be in the works for the near future. Great breakfast!”

“Our family of five (3 teenagers) had the most amazing trip! The apartment is awesome, right in Rome. The metro is so easy to navigate and the stop is a short walk. There is an amazing coffee bar across the street. We loved being immersed in the culture from the moment we arrived. As Americans, we like our protein breakfast, so we were able to stock eggs etc. and cook right there. There is a market nearby with anything you need. “入住這間酒店必須要有能通話的號碼，否則不能進入酒店（他們沒有大堂，大樓感覺是住宅）。因為Expedia跟酒店溝通的問題（他們沒有收到訂單）我們在外等了站一小時，強烈建議到達前先通知酒店。 酒店有提供水果跟飲料，非常貼心的服務。也有提供地圖及回酒店的巴士路線。 房間大但整潔有待改善。雖然房間很漂亮但衛生間好像沒有多清潔。可能因為他們不知道有客人沒有多打掃，入住時有看到蟲子跟蜘蛛，杯子也沒有清潔。 酒店距離地下鐵大概要走十至十五分鐘。”

Mi sono sentito coccolato, sia per i prodotti offerti gratuitamente, sia per la disponibilità della Sig.ra Vanessa che mi ha aiutato a scegliere i ristoranti nella zona.
