The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating period and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Catania Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.

The location is therefore particularly well-suited for those who want to stay in the authentic heart of the city, get around without a car, and experience Catania from a central, historic, and well-connected area.



- From the airport: the easiest and most convenient way to reach the apartment is by taxi (travel time approximately 15 minutes).

Alternatively, you can take bus 424 to stop 1780, which is 800 metres from the property (about 30 minutes total).



- From Catania Station, you can reach the apartment in about 8 minutes by taking bus D to the Via Dusmet stop, 800 metres from the property.



- For those travelling by car: paid street parking is available in the surrounding area.
