“ we have a quite disappointing staying there as start the lack of communication is unspeakable they send me a message with main door code and room code, which nowadays phones filter it as spam, rather than send through Expedia or personal email, it get worst when it comes to security, all the room has the same code, it’s scary like someone figurs out all has the same code or even by mistake open the same door. In the first room, it was too cold below 70 despite the heating is working all day……

“The place is falling apart. The ceiling above the bed was cracked. It is grimy and outdated and for the price of the room, it should not be in that condition. The door didn’t shut or lock correctly. I would never stay there again.”

“I had a terrible experience at this motel. The room had no heating and no hot water, which is completely unacceptable, especially in cold weather. When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they treated me disrespectfully. Because the room was not livable, I left the motel. I believe I should be fully reimbursed, since they did not provide the basic conditions promised. I do not recommend this place to anyone.”

“Easy check in and very close to the hospital. We had a short stay not even a full night but it gave us peace of mind to have a quiet space to rest. Lobby was bright and they had fruit water for free. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean. Check out was simple, drop the key in box. We’d definitely stay again!”

“The room lacked towels, the bathroom was dirty with garbage on the floor. The door latches didnt work. The garbage outside by the car was over flowing and all over the ground. The breakfast was supposed to start at 7am, by 7:10 there was nothing out no coffee no muffins nothing.. This is a run down place not worth the $88 dollers, plus $50 deposit. I would give it less than 1 star.”
