“We enjoyed our winter desert stay in this nice home in the Signature community. The unit is directly across the street from the community clubhouse and pool/jacuzzi for easy access. We appreciated the quiet community and enjoyed walking and biking in the neighborhood. The unit was pretty much as described in the listing and photos, however a few items needed repair. The management team was very responsive over text message and the only urgent item (refilling the propane) was done right away. The……

“Overall, this stay fell short primarily due to the condition and quality of the linens. For a smaller unit, a few basics really matter, and unfortunately this was the biggest disappointment. The pillows appeared mismatched and worn, as if they had been pieced together over time.
