Disliked: Check-in, communication
Check in process confusing. Map of grounds useless. Slippery shower and tub. Need toiletry caddy in master bath. No chairs with decent back support. Need chair in master bed (easier to put on shoes). Need accurate instructions for permitting guests into property. Need instructions for thermostat. Couldn't get TV in master bed to turn on. Super cheap toilet paper. Few of these were biggies by themselves, but added up.Staff were pleasant and responsive.
