「We stayed here for three nights and had an incredible experience. The room was clean, offered a beautiful view, and had reliable Wi-Fi. The location is perfect for exploring, only an hour's drive to Montalcino and incredibly close to several fantastic wineries.
The restaurant itself is absolutely fantastic: The panoramic views are amazing, the food is to die for (home cooking style), and the wine selection is excellent. Laura, her husband, and their son, Leonardo, are wonderful, welcoming...

「The beach is just steps away! Restaurants, pubs, etc were all within walking distance, as was the promenade. Beautiful walk among the trees right across the street. Perfect spot in the “quiet” part of Follonica.」
「Very relaxing spa hotel. If you use all the spa facilities, they are really quite good. But lack of staff assistance and info meant I didn't even discover some of the excellence until leaving. I even enjoyed the foot spa, only once, 4 pools red hot, blue cold. very bland when the taps are not adding jacuzzi effect and the taps only come on at random times. We did not realise the spa shower had interesting features (like warm trickle). I had a Massage from Gaia.... It was 5*...cannot fault! but...
「Wir waren leider nicht zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Punkto Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig, auf diversen Oberflächen waren Haare und der Abfluss der Dusche war verstopft. Wir hatten ein Apartment im Erdgeschoss, leider hört man so jedes Geräusch von draussen und die Nachbarn waren wohl auch etwas unruhig. Innerhalb der Residenz gelten allgemeine Ruhezeiten (10pm-9am), leider werden diese nicht einmal vom Personal eingehalten; am ersten Morgen wurde um 8 Uhr Rasen gemäht. Im Allgemeinen...
「The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic with everything you could want. The room was spacious, had a nice balcony, the shower was excellent, the AC worked great and the bed was comfortable. The beach is a one minute walk along with several nice restaurants. We have been in France and Italy for four weeks and this is the nicest hotel we have stayed in.」
「Beautiful property and breathtaking views, but the overall service was disappointing and not what I would expect given the rate we paid per night.
1) Basic amenities were repeatedly missing. Hand soap and body lotion were not provided at check-in. Despite requesting body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion multiple times from different staff, they were not replenished. One evening at 10pm, there was still no body wash for three guests.
2) Wi-Fi did not work. We were given 2–3...
