"Wonderful property, great location. I had a situation that wasn’t professionally handled by the staff in the property but when I called the Hilton 800 number the issue was addressed and taken care of. Hopefully the staff will be better trained to handle customer complaint in an efficient and professional way. Will stay in the hotel again. Thanks."
Beautiful Lower Columbia Hamlet On The Water

"It was really nice and meet our needs. There were a few hiccups in the beginning, but once the host contacted me to make sure we got in and everything was good. I explained what my issue was (I could not find the thermostat) they told me there is just the space heater but it heats the space nicely, and it did. After that everything was great. Well almost I did not get a single fish to bite off the dock, but I blame the fish not the host."

"Hot tub jets were not functioning. Clarity of hot tub water was also not desirable. Pool on the other hand was very clean and swimmable once one got used to the temperature. Room was clean, staff was very helpful, breakfast was very good."

"We weren't able to use the pool because they had a baseball team staying there. The breakfast was good and it was a convenient place to stay. The Mexican restaurant next door was very good."

"This is a lower star rated motel and certainly not fancy, but has been partially upgraded... the motel is CLEAN, everything (TV, lights, internet, bathroom, shower, A/C) operates very well, and the Staff is extremely kind and helpful. Coffee, Microwave, and small Refrigerator in room. Soap and Shampoo in room, even a travel toothbrush and paste included. No breakfast. There are newer beds, sheets, towels, pillows. Hotel manager is extremely helpful and goes out of his way to see that all guests are happy with their stay. Would stay again. Recommended for motels in the region and entrance to Mount Saint Helens."

"This is a lovely property tucked a little bit off the highway and along a creek. The beds were very comfortable! The rooms were nicely decorated and spacious, our room looked out onto some beautiful trees and a long the creek . The building smell musty, perhaps that was related to some construction that was going on or repairs? There was an issue with the bathroom sink draining. I had to run the water for quite some time to get it warm. At that point the sink was half full water because it would not drain. That probably needs to be called to someone's attention . The other matter that I was surprised at for the rating this hotel had received, was that there were very tiny toilets, very low and outdated. Meaning they were not high profile, which is what is required for most of us seniors these days! Other than these issues, I would give the hotel a pretty good rating."

"Combination of room and view were terrific. Hotel was in construction and transition phase mid June so some amenities such as tv and hot tub were temporarily unavailable for all or most part. Check status of amenities with hotel when you reserve."
