good location, very convenient to Ben Thanh market and other attractions. Very nice service from the staff!

員工有禮且服務佳，客房乾淨舒適，但門口階梯和餐廳階梯對無障礙來說較為不方便，另外房間開冷氣時就會現＂油漆味＂，然後房間竟然沒有茶包，跟櫃台反應，櫃台告知現在都不提供茶包，但我看打掃人員推車上有茶包，懷疑櫃台小姐告知錯誤訊息

Overall, the staff is REALLY helpful, friendly and warm. Things are in a more boutique sizes like, rooms, swimming pool or bar. But it's the services and people that counts. I would like to give special thanks and shoutout to the staff below. Mary, who helped us to extend out check out time and making sure that we know how's traffic was going to be before we head to the airport, she did this while she's helping out at the restaurant, like to know guests real opinions on the hotel, that makes a really good management. Andy, always with a nice smile on his face, who umbrella us back to the hotel when the weather was bad and our guide when we needed transportation to a certain place and also helped with opening our wine bottle almost every night. Kelly, gave us some really nice authentic suggestions on restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops, your "go to" girl. Erika, super helpful, works at the restaurant, also helped us by answering our Grab call and found our driver at a different pickup spot. Tom - Also, really nice smile, very helpful, also was our accomplice in wine opening almost every night. Anna - Who helped us to call another hotel for our dinner reservation just because I asked her, if she know the start time of the buffet. The staff there was all really nice, and I would like to say thank you to, but I just cannot remember all of their names. This is a very warm, helpful, nice hotel and I highly recommend people to stay there.

員工服務熱情認真，整體很好，唯一的問題是所謂的河景房是8樓以上就算，但是我們的窗戶外面是看到隔壁的屋頂，要在窗戶邊以很大的角度才看到河。
