rental for 2 to 3 beds maximum (2 adults and 1 child) located on the 3rd and last floor, .. the studio is 35m² on the ground 15m² Carrez law it has a 140x1 bed. 90 with duvet or blanket, a fixed sofa and a single bed with duvet or blanket, towels and bed linen are not provided. the bathroom has a bathtub, sink and wc ... in the hallway entrance with a large cupboard, the kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, oven, fridge, normal coffee maker and senseo coffee maker, toaster, fondue raclette, dishes etc, tv. vacuum cleaner, in the DRC a ski rack, free parking is right next to the residence, no need to take your car, the cable car is about 300m, the Caesar thermal establishment is 100m as well as the thermal baths center les bains from the rock, the swimming pool, the ice rink, the cinema, the bars and restaurants are nearby, the 3-week cure package is € 490 excluding shelter costs.
in case of late arrival or other, a key box is on the landing and the code will be given to you

Un petit studio fonctionnel (1 adulte et 2 enfants) et très bien placé. Les oeufs sont à moins de 5 minutes à pied ( sans pente raide!), les 3 etages se font bien aussi. La residence est tres calme. C'est difficile de se garer pour décharger, mais c'est souvent ainsi à Cauterets. Mais il ya des parking gratuits pas très loin, et ensuite on fait tout à pied.Propriétaire impeccable. Seul bemol: le ménage qui peut être moyennement fait par les précédents locataires. Le rapport qualite prix de ce studio est donc impeccable.

C'est un logement très pratique pour deux personnes mettant à disposition le nécessaire : vaisselle, cuisine, frigo, jeux de société etc... Il est très bien situé dans le centre de Cauterets, à proximité des principaux points d'intérêts de la ville (office de tourisme, cinéma, thermes César). L'inconvénient principal est que l'appartement est sous les combles et que c'est difficilement vivable par forte chaleur en été comme il n'y a pas de clim (raison des 3 étoiles). Je conseille cet appartement surtout hors été.
