The living and dining area features 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a flat-screen television, and opens directly onto the terrace. The bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and also benefits from direct access to the terrace. The bathroom includes a bath and WC. The apartment features a large south-east facing roofed terrace of 20 m2, complete with terrace furniture and offering beautiful views of the sea and the port.
