The open kitchen is fully equipped and also provides access to both the terrace and the swimming pool. A separate shower/WC, an additional separate WC, and a double hand-basin are also available in a dedicated area of the property.

The first bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from an en-suite shower/WC with a double hand-basin. The second bedroom features 1 double bed of the same dimensions — 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length — and offers direct access to the swimming pool. The third bedroom is appointed with 1 double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), an en-suite bath/WC, and a hand-basin, and also opens directly onto the swimming pool.
