A distinctive family retreat for an epic ski vacation!

Our Ski house is nestled on Main Street in the small town of Proctorsville just 4.5 miles from the base of Okemo Mountain. This beautifully decorated house has all that you will need for a great family ski vacation. When you enter you are greeted with a majestic granite fireplace in the dining room. This room is attached to the kitchen with large breakfast bar and all the amenities for any aspiring chef. Located on the first floor is a master suite with private bath, walk in shower and large flat screen TV. The living room has two large reclining leather couches, fireplace, and TV all ready for you to cozy up in after a hard day of skiing. The second floor has three large bedrooms all with king size beds, flat screen TVs, and bunkbeds for the kids. With two full bathrooms there is no standing in line for a shower. The best is our finished basement complete with pool table, foosball, and card table for great family fun nights. The laundry room has a full size water and dryer.
Located 1/2 mile down the street is Singletons Market that has everything your family may need.

Perfect Spot for Family Ski Vacation

Home is very spacious. Wood burning fireplace with well stocked wood pile came in handy during near record cold temperatures. Kitchen and bathrooms all newly or near new condition. Pool table in basement kept our teenagers entertained. Minutes from slopes, grocery and restaurants. Would definitely recommend! Owners very responsive to questions.

Clean, spacious, comfortable home

We enjoyed staying at Nancy’s home in VT. This is a newly renovated house and everything was very clean. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed for a weeklong ski trip. The house is very close to major VT ski resorts. Nancy was very communicative throughout our booking and stay. I would happily return in the future.

A pleasant ski trip in Vermont

Two families utterly enjoyed a Vermont ski vacation together during 2021 year end holidays. The space was roomy, having plenty of privacy and places to hangout together. The antique looking furnitures brought a true Vermont vacation feeling. Easy access to stores and Okemo base camps. I left my smart watch. The owner found it and would ship it to me. I was lucky dealing with an honest and responsive vacation rental owner.

Amazing Place!

To start, Nancy was the best possible host our group could have asked for. Accommodating, understanding, and very accessible. The house was perfect, clean, spacious, and in a sort convenient spot. Hopefully three snow is good the rest of the year so we can stay here again.

Close to the slopes

Great home, close to shops, general store, and most importantly the slopes. Plenty of room and a wonderful game room, popular with the kids. Well stocked kitchen supplies to prepare meals. Owners were kind enough to allow a couple extra people, and rooms were large enough and comfortable for a few sleeping bags.
