“The location is ok, rooms is ok, very quiet neighborhood, i like the front patio, where we ate dinner and breakfast, a nice area to chit chat with the group, but the bathroom is dirty, and almost no water coming out from the shower head, there’s only 3 or 4 holes working. The water at the water dispenser taste old, don’t drink it. My group comes in 8 pax, 6 adults and 2 minors.”

“Stay was excellent on this beautiful clean villa. Staff was courteous and very helpful. One thing I recommend is either providing thicker beddings and/or blankets since the temperature gets cold especially at night. Overall we plan to stay again sometime soon👍😊”

“What a beautiful house and complete property, with everything you need to have a lovely vacation with family. It is in a great location, with easy access to restaurants and sites in Tagaytay. Full kitchen with everything you need, nice outdoor area with lighted basketball court where you can play basketball, volleyball and other games. The owner is very responsive and accomodating, and the husband and wife property managers are available right there when you need them. Just an overall perfect……

“Something must be leaking in the bathrooms because floors are constantly wet. Windows are filthy. No coffee maker, kettle and microwave. Doors don’t close properly. Water container is empty. Pots and pans are old.”

“non-existent, owner said property is under renovation, it was such an inconveniece and a terrible experience- to be informed the same day of the stay, during christmas holiday with everything fully booked, the clamor to get a new accomodation was just so stressfulowner suggested a studio apartment for 52 that we had to pay cash, squeezing all 6 of us, when we asked if we can still occupy same room next day she said its not available anymore and would have to move to a different room for 130 per……
