There was only ever about 4-5 people staying, the hotel staff were either pretending not to speak English, or they couldn't. We had to bring a friend who spoke Turkish with us to get help. The food was old/stale. We were so uncomfortable there that we had to leave early, and they refused to change our reservation even though Expedia approved it. Would absolutely not recommend this hotel.

They are not ready to open
The air conditioner wasn’t working, the water was coming out red and smelled like copper. The elevator buttons turn on and off randomly. Every time that I called reception they hung up on me. A very bad and unnecessary experience.

Horrible, made me pay extra for a room which I did originally booked and only the second day they offered me the actual room I booked but then charged me extra, staff advised me to smoke in the room, like that is acceptable. Not even in my own home is that acceptable.

Goed hotel met weinig in de directe omgeving.
Prima hotel voor zakelijke overnachtingen, de directe omgeving is niet interessant. Het restaurant is prijzig. Het hotel ziet er verder goed uit, mooie kamer, minibar, op een dergelijke kamer mis ik een Nespresso apparaat. Goed uitgeruste badkamer met ligbad en separate douche. Wifi was niet snel maar wel stabiel, inloggen was lastig, het personeel is behulpzaam en lossen dat voor je op. Zeer uitgebreide fitness center, de spa is vrij eenvoudig. Tot slot gratis parkeren.

Good hotel for business
Stayed for two nights on a business trip. The hotel is close to the airport which is great. The hotel stands on it's own surrounded by empty ground (which may be built on in future) and around that are businesses and warehouses so it isn't picturesque. This didn't stop me enjoying a business trip here as the hotel had everything I needed after a day of meetings. It is clean and well appointed with a nice restaurant and bar.
