Brilliant hotel

Stunning building, friendly staff. Great room with private balcony with view of the mountains. The bathroom room was spacious and the shower was hot and powerful. The breakfast was extensive and had lovely different options. Would definitely stay here again.

Otel genel anlamda temiz ve güzeldi..dışarda 30 cm kar olmasına ve çatıda balkonlu odada konaklamamıza rağmen çok sıcaktı..altta restoranda soba yanıyordu..yanında çay keyfinden ücret de almadılar..teşekkürler..tek sıkıntı dolapta askılık yoktu bir de banyoda da askılık yoktu..kahvaltı ise daha az çeşit ama daha kaliteli olmalıydı..

Uzungölde konaklama asla tavsiye etmiyoruz.

Nişanlınızıla asla Uzungöle gitmeyin. Evilik cüzdanı ön şart olarak tüm Uzungölde bulunan otellerde istenilmektedir. Gece yarısı sokakta kaldık. Tam bir rezillik. Asla Uzungöle gitmenizide tavsiye etmiyoruz. Ayrıca sadece Araplara hizmet eden bir Otel olduğunu ve yabancı ve yerli ziyaretçilere açık olmadıklarını belirttiler, ayrıca yatırmış olduğumuz konaklama ücretinden %25 kesinti yapıldı. Fiyat bakımından Trabzonda bulunan 4 ve 5 yıldızlı oteller, Uzungölde bulunan otellerden hem daha konforlu, profesyonel çalışmakta ve çok da düzgün ve temiz hizmet vermektedirler. Uzungöle yiyeceğinizi dahil beraber getirmenizi tavsiye ederiz. Fiyatlar çok kazık fiyatlar. Asla Uzungöle gitmenizi tavsiye etmiyoruz.

إقامة رائعة. حجزت يوما عن طريق الموقع Hotels ثم حجزت يومين آخرين من نفس الفندق بسعر أرخص . أشكرهم على تعاونهم. الموقع متميز ولكن الغرف لا تحتوي على تكييف، واعتماد التهوية على النوافذ الجانبية وعلى فتحة السقف. وهذا أكثر الموجود في فنادق أوزنجول، لأن الهواء بارد أو معتدل غالبا. والفطور جيد لا بأس به.

Odada TV izlemek istediğinizde sizi sadece TRT ye mahkum eden, tavla gibi en asgarisinden bir eğlenceyi bile insanlara çok gören, musluklarından sadece kaynar su akan, odasında bir kirli torbası bile bulamayacağınız , tuzlukları tıkalı, garsonları bednam, yollarında ağır lağım kokuları, karmaşa, kaos, kirli ötesi zehirli bir sıvıya dönüşmüş gölle çevrelenmiş, sizi adeta yiyen, ağzınıza burnunuza dolan küçük sineklerle boğuştuğunuz, üst üste insanlar, tanıtımlardaki resimlerle ilgisi olmayan mezar modunda odalar, rezil bir hizmet, yastık üstünde önceki konukların saçları ile birlikte uyumak zorunda kaldığınız ve asla bir daha gitmeyi düşünmeyeceğim, fayda maliyet açısından inanılmaz pahalı otel ve destinasyon. 25 yıl önce buraları bir kez daha görmüş biri olarak, “insan eliyle bir cennet nasıl yok edilir” i bizzat yaşamanın verdiği hüzünle evin yolunu tuttuk. Nefis Karadeniz Gezimizdeki tek çürük halka... Çevrelerini, anlayışlarını ve hizmetlerini değiştirene kadar Gitmeyin, kimseyi de göndermeyin.. Pişman olursunuz.

It has a luxury rooms, But no air conditioning, no house keeping and the hotel overall smells bad! These little things made me mad. The bathroom has a bathtub but there’s no key to use it. You have onlt the shower head you can use. And there’s a noise coming from the bathroom that make me close the door of the bathroom so i can sleep. The electricity cuts maybe 7 times .
