"The property was a very spacious and well laid out & well decorated studio condo unit. The view of the marina out of the sliding doors, was also amazing. The included covered parking w/security was also very nice in the high heat! Karina was super responsive and accommodating. Great location by a park, beach, marina and lots of restaurants in Fajardo, too! It is also close to El Yunque and boat trips to Icacos and the ferry in Cieba to Culebra and Vieques. We would highly recommend her condo!"

"Fantastic calm-water beach access at 7 Seas, quick 2 min walk. Local cars line their street for a beach day, this gated lot is a luxury!Paddle board & kayaks greatly appreciated, thank y'all! Board is easier to transport and have a kiddo join you for a ride, bring a life vest for whoever isn't tethered. Lot is bigger than expected, especially given proximity to a popular local beach. Plenty of space to turn vehicle around. Outdoor rinse station with shower hose is great, as is downstairs bathroom (doesn't have a/c but it wasn't unbearable, especially if your usual BM is in the AM )Kids loved the hammocks downstairs, fun open-air shaded area. Even in late July it was pleasant, nice breeze. Could smell the sargassum a bit but nothing the hosts can do about that (and it wasn't nearly as bad as east coastline). Super responsive hosts, thanks again for must-do tips!Took water taxi to uninhabited Icacos Island, beautiful beach and great snorkeling. Suggest a weekday if taking kiddos, went Saturday and it was a party cove for locals lol but still enjoyed it. That money was better spent than bio bay and launched from same area (only 3 min drive from ), sadly couldn't see any bioluminescence in the lagoon. Only slight inconvenience is hand-wash dishes, small price to pay for such a big gated lot. Surrounding campers seem to be a weekend getaway for SJ residents, didn't get too rowdy but just FYI it's less quiet on weekends. We loved it!!!"

"The studio was lovely, very comfortable, and exceptionally quiet. It also offered a beautiful view of the harbor. Restaurants were close, making the location very convenient. The host provided excellent recommendations and helpful local tips."

"The property is located high along the coast with an absolutely beautiful view of the ocean. The entire house comfortably fit our family of 12. The hosts were very welcoming and responded very quickly with any issues we had and also offered suggestions on what to do nearby. The only issue we had was with the air conditioning in the living room for the upstairs unit. The host was able to adjust the temp remotely. They also had a lot of beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, tents, snorkel gear, beach toys, and even water shoes! We will definitely consider renting again - especially since we didn’t get to do the bioluminescence kayaking due to the high concentration of seaweed at that time. Kayak Village and Seven Seas Beach are just minutes away."

"This condo was perfect for our family and exceeded our expectations. If we return to PR, I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Seven Seas Beach is right across the street, which made it easy to pop over for a quick swim, a walk along the shore, or an evening sunset. The water was incredibly calm and shallow and absolutely perfect for kids. We also loved being so close to Las Croabas, Luquillo, El Yunque, and San Juan. It was the perfect home base for both relaxing and exploring the island. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. We appreciated all the extras, including the laundry machines, toys and games for the kids, a cooler, beach towels, and beach chairs. It genuinely felt like everything a family might need had already been anticipated. We enjoyed both pools during our stay, and the grounds were beautiful and well maintained. There are lots of tropical birds around the property, which added character and were fun to watch from the patio and around the grounds. Everyone we met was friendly, and the host was kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Parking was easy, access was simple, and check-out expectations were clear. Bonus tip for future guests: Costa Mía, an easy walk from the condo, had our favorite mofongo of the entire trip and came to the rescue after a tiring day of travel. We made so many wonderful memories here, from morning coffee on the patio to afternoons at the beach and pool. This place made our trip unforgettable! "
