Sleep in Comfort
Upstairs, the master suite features a king bed, twin pullout, and private bath. A second king bedroom shares a full bath with the kids’ bunk room (2 bunks = 4 twins). A crib and highchair make traveling with little ones easy. Every bedroom has a SmartTV with Apple TV for streaming your favorites.
Gather & Entertain
The ground floor opens to a game/TV room with garage-door access to fresh air and BBQ. Upstairs, enjoy the open-concept great room with a 55” SmartTV, oversized sectional, and dining for 10. The sleek chef’s kitchen features stainless Jenn Air appliances, a 6-burner Thor gas range, granite counters, and is fully stocked with cookware, gadgets, and spices.
Ocean Views & Outdoor Living
Step onto the deck for stunning views of Morro Rock and the Pacific. Dine outside, relax by two fire pits, and sip wine under the stars. Glass railings block the wind but not the view. Beach access is right across the street—perfect for kids, dogs, and beach days (yes, we’re pet-friendly!).

Plush linens, bath products, paper goods, and kitchen staples (olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, spices) are all included. Dinnerware for 12, laundry with detergent, and thoughtful touches make your stay easy.
Parking
Two free driveway parking spaces are included.
RULES for PET:
1.) No pets on the furniture EVER!
2.) No pets left inside the home unattended, unless crated.
3.) You must clean up after your pet does his business outside!
4.) Pet fee $100 (2 dogs maximum, sorry no cats)
