酒店人员都比较热心,房间也很大,一张单人床和一张加宽的双人床,加宽双人床睡俩人没问题,酒店里ayala和Robinson's place都不远 走路10多分钟 里SM sall 打车70-80比索左右

Great hotel.
Overall it’s a great hotel. Clean, friendly and efficient staff. It has spacious rooms and a real hot water bathtub. A rarity in the Philippines. The only disappointment I had was the pool was closed for renovation. I wish had known that before booking and flying to Cebu. Otherwise it was a great hotel.

The location is convenient. Thus, the hotel is busy. Cleaning of the rooms need to be inspected regularly. Maybe a daily inspection by Housekeeping Manager room by room or spot check. The furniture and floor were dusty but maybe because there were renovations being done next room. New towels/bath rugs needed. Breakfast was great but maybe have more variety. Otherwise, I will stay there again. Staff is very accommodating in all areas. Good customer service.

The leaking pipe that made water pour out of the overhead light in the bathroom. Then my party was forced to switch rooms in the middle of the night and I was not compensated for our trouble at all. I was and am very disappointed in this hotel. I also still have video of the incident which I am considering posting online if I am not compensated in some way for my troubles.

No bell man when we arrived , not one person helped us with our luggage . We stay here often and this is the first time our stay did not include breakfast . Very disappointed

We’ve stayed here multiple times when passing through Cebu we’ve always had a pleasant experience but this time was a complete disaster . Usually there always someone at the front door to greet you and help you with your bags , not this time ! The door could care less . Then there was the renovation going on which was loud and smelled like chemicals in the lobby . Suppose to have WiFi and when we got to the room no WiFi . We called the front like 10 times and 10 times they said they will retry it and call us back , no call no WiFi , the next day we realized only the 2nd fl had internet and we brought this to the front desk and they moved us from the 2nd to 4th , so obviously they knew the only floor that had internet was the 2nd fl but played games with us for a whole day and lied about it . The restaurant was closed and had the breakfast buffet in one of the function rooms on the 7 th floor , what a nightmare . The food was disgusting , all left overs from a previous banquet , no real breakfast food what so ever . We’ve been loyal guests of this hotel for 2 years and we’ll never be back .

Improving
During the years we have used the Cebu Grand, we have seen improvements. Now breakfast was served on the 7th floor roof top, what was a good place to enjoy the views. Breakfast was alright, but still would like to have JUICE available instead of instant-powdered sweet stuff. Room was large and comfortable, basic amenities and small complimentary bottles of water. Good bedding. Safe box installed and plenty of closet space. Good service from the staff.

Not a place to stay!
The place is outdated. Bed is so old. Ants all over the counter, AC not working good. If only I don't get charged to cancel my 13 days booking I would move to a different place. Will never recommend the place to friends. Saw some guests was smoking inside the room when I walked by and had their door open. 1:30am a guest with kids was making terrible noise down the hallways.

장단점이 뚜렷한 호텔입니다. 성수기였는데 예약이 늦어서 적당한 호텔이 없어 그냥 예약해서 5일 묵었습니다. 전 5일 동안 바퀴벌레, 쥐는 보지 못했습니다 ㅋ 우선 단점은 1. 그로테스크하게 물이 나오는 샤워헤드. 이건 다른 분들도 평해놓았으니 안고쳐줄 것 같아서 그냥 주변 마트에서 새로 샤워헤드를 사서 교체해서 해결. 수압은 좀 낮아요. 2. 귀에 거슬리는 큰 에어컨 소음. 전 민감하지 않아서 큰 문제는 아니었습니다. 그러나 냐우 시원함. 3. 맛없는 조식. 조식포함 예약하고 이틀만 먹었네요. 식성 아주 좋은데... 조식 없이 예약을 권합니다. 그리고 장점은 1. 주변이 주거지라 매우 조용합니다. 바로 앞에 스타벅스도 있고. 방이 매우 넓습니다. 2. 직원들은 나름 친절합니다. 그리고 guest-fruendly hotel입니다. 3. 아얄라 몰, 망고스퀘어, 한국인 많이 사는 지역 모두 금방 갈 수 있습니다. 아얄라몰은 지프니 타고 5분. 걸어서 15분.

Positives: The location was good, close to malls and restaurants. The buffet breakfast had a good range of food and was generous. Negatives: The fitness centre was unavailable even though this was advertised on various travel sites and on the hotel website. If facilities are not currently available, it should not be advertised. We were informed that they could not organise a breakfast on the go (not even a simple sandwich and juice) before our early day tours around Cebu as it was "strict hotel policy" not to provide breakfast before 6AM even though we paid for breakfast inclusive during our stay, which to me highlights poor customer service and a lack of flexibility as other hotels have been more accommodating to our requests. We also had water seeping through a crack in the room's ceiling during a storm which was far from ideal.

Fint hotel men noget slidt hotel, som ligger forholdsvis centralt mellem Ayala centeret og Cebu centrum. Personaler er meget flinke og hjælpsomme. Poolen er ok. Morgenmaden er god, velsmagende og afvekslende, dog er man ikke i tvivl når der ikke er så mange på hotellet, det ses desværre tydeligt på udvalget på buffeten.

VERY POOR HYGIENE
The room and hotel had a very bad smell all around. The hotel room itself was infested with small bugs crawling around the furniture and we spotted several cockroaches. The toilet was clogged and though we were confirmed an engineer would be passing by to fix it, this never happened. The shower had many molds. The breakfast was also disappointing, as the dessert trays with food had the same small bugs crawling around on them...and I don't think they were meant on there as a garnish. The bed was infested with bed bugs and caused itchiness. My advice is, if you booked this hotel be sure to bring your own Hazmat suit...as you will need this to sleep, shower and walk around safely through this hotel...no exaggeration involved.

Old Property So Don't Expect Much...
Property is old so don't expect much. I'd drop by after they've renovated and refurbished their rooms. The one redeeming value is the neighborhood. Though not as much as a mall, Vibo Place has a good amount of places to dine and hangout. Plus, the area also hosts a farmer's market.

The hotel is newly renovated, so it was a pleasant surprise when I checked in. The hotel is conveniently located, near shopping centers. There is also an arcade with several good restaurants just across the hotel. I will stay in this hotel whenever I travel to Cebu for business.
