The a/c was very loud. Hot water didn't last long. The bed sheets was rough. They charge for using the gym. Wasn't easy access to IT Park.

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage. Direkt neben dem IT Park. Mit Pool und Fitnesscenter. Dazu auch ein Friseur und ein Cafe und Bistro in der Anlage vorhanden. Die Räume sind sauber und geräumig. Das Personal freundlich und hilfdbereit.

　一番高い部屋には冷蔵庫とウォシュレットがついてるからそこにしたんだけど、僕の部屋は写真と違ってホースの先にガンがついてるタイプだった。 そして、窓がないw 確かに広いし静かなんだけどなー。 プールはジムが併設されてるので、ガチ勢が泳いでいたので一回も行かなかった。 通常タイプの窓がある部屋に冷蔵庫があればお勧めなんだけど、時間も天気も分からないのはきついな。

The Swimmingpools are not private . The outsiders people can go swim. All the glass doors are so dirty. The drinks are so expensive. 1 glass tea 130 pesos🤔Shame on them.

Det e mest prisvärda hotellet. Har bott där i många år. Det som kunde förbättras är restaurangens utbud. Menyn och maten är dåligt jämfört med förr.

The pool & the gym is a good addition to this hotel to enjoy. I do not like that the hotel is hard to find. A few drivers does not know where it is as the entrance is kind of hidden from the busy roadway. The floor needing some fixing of broken tiles in the hallway toward the hotel room but the staffs are friendly and hotel is clean. Even the security guards are friendly. The guards calls a taxi for you to insure that you are safe as they write the plate numbers before you leave.

First room air-conditioner didn't work at all. Second room aircon barely worked...it took several hours to cool down. TV channels didn't work...audio but no video. Door wouldn't lock. When I was in the room the chain worked but when I left the room briefly I couldn't lock the door leaving my valuables inside unprotected. Wifi did work.

スタッフはすごく良かったです！ 宿泊の際の説明も丁寧で、 すれ違う時とかもみなさんきちんと挨拶していただけます。 ただ・・・横のクラブ？が金曜か土曜日の晩は朝の５時くらいまでかなりうるさいです。 音がする、というレベルではなく、 自分の部屋の中で大きめの音楽をかけているというレベルです。 ありえないくらいうるさい・・・

常にフロントスタッフの方が居られ、遅いチェックインや朝早いチェックアウトにも関わらずスムーズに対応して下さり、とてもありがたかったです。 室内も広くて滞在中は快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 他の方の口コミにもあるように、部屋に冷蔵庫があると便利かなと思います。ちなみにドライヤーはフロントの方にお願いすると貸して貰えました。

ホテルは良かったが、残念なことがありました。
チェックインしてすぐに外出して数時間後に戻ったら、カバンに入れておいたお土産が無くなっていた。 カバンのファスナーの位置もずれてたし、あきらかに開けられた形跡がありました。 ホテルの対応は、わからないの一点張りでカメラを確認するとのことでしたが、結局は解決せずあきらめました。

Great Hotel but the day I was there no WIFI was available in the room. Had use WIFI in the lobby which is very noisy from the GYM inside. The noise is mainly from the GYM members which really should not be hanging around the lobby!

早くWifiを復旧させてください(リピーターより)
リピーターです。セブ滞在の際はいつも利用させて頂いております。 今回は、これまで一度も無かったことですが、Wi-Fiが室内で全く使えませんでした。仕方なく、ロビーとジムでつないでいたものの、部屋で仕事できない不便は否めません。7泊8日の滞在中、一度も復旧の兆しすら見えず。 この点を除けば基本的に不満はありません。次の滞在の時までに復旧していることを強く願います。
