"Everything was incredible, but a little challenging when trying to get information from the staff (restaurant locations, check-in/out procedures, etc.). The hair dryer was broken, and the shower did not have a door, so the water pooled all across the bathroom floor. The rooftop restaurant was amazing, and the views of the city were mesmerizing from every part of the hotel! I definitely recommend staying here."

"This is a dream place. Palm trees. Infinity pool. Excellent dining by the pool. Breakfast buffet like you've never seen. Too bad they don't have a good ocean beach. Warnings for poisonous creatures in the water and lots of green stuff"

"The customer service was excellent. We had a minor leak, and within minutes of identifying it, the staff arrived to inspect it and promptly transferred us to new rooms. We understand things break but we appreciated how quickly they responded and transfered us even transferjng our luggage to the new roomsThe customer service was exceptional.
