Beautiful, roomy, newly remodeled home located 3 blocks from Main Street Cedar Falls and 1 Block from Overman Park. Offering 1,600 total square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and two separate living spaces to easily accommodate multi-family getaways. This is the lower unit of a two unit house. Both are available as short term rentals. Enjoy walking to nearby entertainment and dining at Cedar Falls Main Street attractions. Other restaurants and other nearby entertainment for both Cedar Falls and Waterloo are all in a 5-15 minute car ride with quick and easy highway access. Local parks, lakes, and bike trails are within minutes as well.

The property was perfect for our girls weekend. Walking distance to Main Street for shopping, coffee, dinner, drinks. It has been nicely renovated and was extremely clean and comfortable.

Wonderful host and spacious house!
The property was just as described. Stocked with all the essentials from the bathrooms to the kitchen through the bedrooms and living rooms in between. The two living rooms let the family spread out and enjoy our downtime. Kids loved having games to play while watching their own movies/shows. House instructions were clear, easy to find, and simple to complete at departure. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here when in Cedar Falls!
