Cozy Stay in Cedar Rapids

I had a wonderful 7-day stay at Logan’s charming mother-in-law apartment in Cedar Rapids. The space was spotless, well-equipped, and provided a perfect blend of comfort and privacy. Logan was an attentive and friendly host, always available to answer questions and offer recommendations. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located. Highly recommend for a peaceful and hassle-free stay!

Cozy Mother-In Suite

we stayed here for a concert we attended, we walked to the venue. there is also a great breakfast place down the road! clean and quiet, everything you could need.

Home was fine. Neighborhood was not great. The unit had no a/c or it did not work. Tried communicating multiple time to no avail.

Not impressed one bit terrible communication between myself the property owner and or manage. Very confusing when talking with owner lot of confusion asked to cancel never happened wound up getting hotel instead. Once I did get an email from them it was the access code for the door and that was 9pm when I had a 4pm check in overall terrible service

When I checked in, I noticed that it was humid. This is a walkout basement and it had been raining recently. After a quick walk through, I noticed several dead and alive bugs ( spiders and moisture bugs ) along baseboards. There were also small bugs crawling around in the shower and kitchen counters. The host reached out about the exterior light not working and I reported the bug issues as well as general cleanliness comments. The host said they would talk with the cleaner and offered to freshen up the suite. At this point, the first impression was bad. The general cleanliness issues are not 1 time issues where something was not cleaned, they were items that were not cleaned for some time.
