I used up the shampoo in the first day, and didn't have any shampoo supplied in the following two days! It's impossible that they forgot it for two times. I called the house keeping, and they gave me the shampoo which was different from the previous one and looked cheap. It's fine for me if this is the only shampoo they have left. Probably they have a shortage of shampoo? They could tell me if this is the case. I just hope that I was treated equally with other customers.
Also, I went to their restaurant on the Thanksgiving day. I said I didn't have a reservation, and they told me I can seat by myself. They probably referred to a specific area, but I didn't get it at that time. I found a table nearby. There was no menu and no one serve me for a while. Then someone came to told me that this table was reserved, so I have to take a seat in another area. However, nobody took that table until I left at around 2 pm. I understand that maybe they really had rules for the reserved table. However, why didn't they tell me immediately? And why can't I sit there since there were so many tables which were pretty much the same and I paid the same for my meal as others did? I just want to know why.
I had great experience for my previous stay in this hotel as it's actually new and spacious, but I am really confused this time!
