Mauvais rapport qualité prix !!

Emplacement intéressant avec vue seulement pour quelques appartements... Chambre semi-enterree, literie très moyenne et aucune isolation phonique donc très bruyant. Dommage car le personnel est sympa et les environs agréables. Très /trop cher comparé à d'autres hôtels à proximité... .

Perfetto

Un petit havre de paix à 10 minutes de la tumulte estivale de la majestueuse Cefalu. Demeure très belle, piscine splendide et quel bonheur de s'endormir et de se réveiller, bercé par le bruit des vagues. Accueillis par Sara, une jeune femme si gentille, nous nous sommes de suite sentis chez nous dans l'un des grands appartements familiaux avec vue sur la mer. Les enfants étaient à l'étage et nous en bas. A recommander sans hesitation. Merci à Sara pour sa bienveillance pendant ces 3 jours.

Great place....needs work

This is a beautiful property and a great location -- all for a reasonable price. I do recommend it but with a few caveats. The good: it's outside Cefalu (about a 10 minute drive to the center of town). As wonderful as Cefalu is, its quite busy and bustling...and this place is a peaceful haven. It's also less than 5 minutes from Sant Ambrogio-- a tiny gem of a town worth visiting for the view and the two very good restaurants. Our room was quite large -- basically our own tiny villa with a kitchen and outdoor table and chairs. The pool is just stunning -- a perfect setting with an amazing view. We spent many peaceful hours there. The breakfast is not included, its an additional 8 euros but was quite good and well worth it. The steep twisty driveway was quite a trip...though I actually enjoyed the drive up and down. Now the bad: several things could use work; the wifi was truly awful. It is weak and more often than not, it can't be accessed due to over capacity. We made breakfast several times in the kitchen -- which was nice-- but were disappointed that the housekeeper left the dishes/pans to us for cleaning. The small maintenance issues -- such as a cracked toilet seat, worn outdoor table and chairs -- start to add up after a while and become hard to ignore. I don't think it would take much of an effort to upgrade this to a perfect spot, since it has so much going for it. So...a qualified endorsement, especially if you can get a good price like we did.

Accueil déplorable par quelqu’un ne parlant pas anglais et paiement demandé avant d’avoir posé les valises et à savoir qu’ il ne s’agit pas d’un hôtel mais d’une chambre d’hôtes rapport qualité prix non conforme chambre et salle d’eau vieillotte et très petites pas d’internet... accès trecomplique avec une grande voiture pas de repas propose non plus! Très déçus pour 90€!!!! Par contre beau cadre mais cela ne suffit pas nous avons terminé par ce lieu après un tour de Sicile de 15j c’est très décevant il y a beaucoup mieux sur cette île

Ein wunderschöner Garten mit Orangen-, Zitronen- und Olivenbäumen und herrlichem Blauregen mit Blick auf das Mittelmeer. Die Appartements vermitteln eine besondere Atmosphäre. Leider war es Mitte März noch zu kalt, um das Ambiente ausreichend zu genießen. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Danke.

Tranquil Retreat

The B&B was located in a lovely position half way up a hill overlooking the sea. The accommodation was good and varied between a basic room with bathroom to self catering apartments or a whole house,(The Tower) The breakfast was varied,filling and good value a six Euros.

Sea view location and essential to have a car

The hotel is a collection of buildings in a beautifully rugged Mediterranean location. The location is 6 km from Cefalu and so I chose (having arrived by taxi - 15 euro each way) to fully enjoy the residence as a 'retreat' and swim regularly, and potter along the pebble and shale beach where there is also a 'drinks and snack shack'. I booked a single room and perhaps, as I understand it, the only single room. The ambiance is very very basic, with a bed, chair, small fridge, side table and two 'shutters', one creatively used as a desk, the other as a 'wardrobe'. In fairness the room was adequate for my stay of 3 days, but most certainly of a minimum standard. Likewise the bathroom with a very small shower space, but again adequate, and basic. I did not see the other larger rooms, and hence cannot give an opinion. Perhaps the place is in need of more care and attention to detail. The two guys who manage the place assumed responsibility for breakfast, guest relations, payments for food, and all else in between. Flowers on the Reception desk were dying on my arrival and dead on my departure. I wondered when they would be refreshed. These small details reflect a more general need for a 'polish' on several fronts. Exception is the gleaming and very polished pool.

Toppenställe för vänner, familj eller avkoppling

Väldigt nöjd med min vistelse. Max 5 minuter från cefalú. Trevlig personal som tog väl hand om en. Personlig service inte det stela vanliga som det brukar vara på hotell. Bra pool och fanns även bänkar och bord utomhus där man kunde äta eller umgås på kvällarna.

- wir hatten für 10 Tage den einzelnen Bungalow angemietet, für 2 Personen die es etwas ruhiger mögen, ist er optimal, - die Aussicht aufs Meer ist einfach "Klasse". - optional ist für jeden Gast ein Frühstück möglich, dieses empfehlen wir dringend - alles frisch von "Domenico" zubereitet, einfach top!! Der ideale Start in den Tag! - das Personal war sehr um die Zufriedenheit der Gäste bestrebt - wir würden jederzeit wieder in der Villa Palamara Urlaub machen - lohnendswert auch der angebotenen italienische Kochkurs...
