「Had issue with check in. Nothing sent to phone as stated because of limited cell service in area. Had to go to office to get room and code. They have wrong room and had to go back for correct room. This was frustrating because it was after the check in time, which is later than most properties. The unit was fine, bare bones with decor etc. shower in one bathroom was leaking. I have stayed on property few times. This time was definitely less impressive.」

「This cottage is so adorable and just a short walk to the beach and a local convenience store. This makes it easy to park the car and just walk to get coffee and such. We stayed in October so not much open this time of year, but we were in the area for a family wedding so not much time to hang out anyway. This was the first time I've rented on Vrbo, so I wasn't sure what to expect as have read a lot about obnoxious owners with tons of rules, but Brett is super-chill with only a couple of things...

「We had a big group with all different ages. Everybody enjoyed their stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and very thoughtfully decorated. The pool table, poker table and Pac-Man kept us all entertained during out time there. Hosts were friendly and responsive.」

「Lovely, well maintained property. Short walk to the shoreline and the neighborhood market (which has great coffee, muffins, shakes, etc). The fenced yard was wonderful for the dogs. Serene and quiet but friendly neighborhood. Excellent communication with property owner and easy check-in/out. Everything was as described on the site and it made for a wonderful weekend getaway!」

「I booked this for a sister weekend. It was perfect for what we needed. It appears that the house was built to be a summer getaway, so it is pretty basic and no frills and comes with all the creaks and quicks of an older house. 「Enjoyed the uniqueness of the house and location. Note: House and grounds are very nice but not easy to get around if you are elderly and have problems walking.We were in our late sixties/early seventies, not easy getting up to second floor. 「We used this cabin, as well as the other two locations on property during our wedding weekend, and it was the perfect hideaway as the bride and groom to escape to and relax. We had access to kayaks and paddle boards, the lake was beautiful. Our ceremony was held just outside in front of lovely Pattagansett Lake. It is a small, rustic cabin. We hope to return again in the future to celebrate anniversaries. Thanks again!」
