The size of the unit was very adequate for two people. Bathroom was clean and adequately stocked with towels and wash cloths.The reason for 2 stars is we thought the apartment was not very clean from floor to ceiling. This apartment has huge potential to be very cute. In my option, it needs an entire over haul.」

「I was disappointed. The kitchen was not stocked as stated and we had no access to washer that is in the profile. My granddaughter eats on the run and we had no broom to clean up after her. The rooms were adequate and the yard was pleasant. For what I spent I shouldn’t have had to run out for anything. When I spoke to Reggie when we arrived the issue of cleaning supplies seemed to be of no concern for cleaners come in after we leave but what bout while we were there if it is expected that quests...

「The property was very quiet and ideally located as advertise. Be advised that there are steep stairs to carry your suitcases. The placement of air conditioners could be improved. And the cleanliness of the pillows, and comfort of the mattresses could be greatly improved. It was a nice surprise to have an Nespresso machine and capsules. And it worked out just fine for our one night stay during a family wedding at the Sayville resort.」
