「We booked this property for (1) night, 5 days before we were going to New York. We live in Maryland. Instant booking, no issues. I didn’t hear from the host at all. I messaged the host twice Saturday. The day I was suppose to be checking in. He then calls my cell phone and tells me that this rental is usually meant for 3-4 night stay minimum. 「Small, but very functional and neat. There were three of us here for about a week. Nice outdoor furniture to sit in. It was a bit rainy while we were there so didn't spend much time enjoying it, but nice when we did. Host is very attentive. Would recommend and would also stay there again.」

「Since it was first time with VRBO, I was a little nervous about the whole process going into it. Rob was great to answer questions and deal with both myself and my granddaughter.It was an ideal location for visiting the Hudson River Valley and along the coast to Newport.
