「Mostly clean besides the chair in the room looked like it hadn’t been wiped off in a while and there was a spider web in the corner of the window. Staff was helpful and there is plenty of parking」

「I was really disappointed with my recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express Dickson. From the outside, the property looks great—clean, well-kept, and inviting—but unfortunately, that didn’t carry through once we stepped inside. The issues started right away with the condition of the room. The carpet was visibly fraying, which made the space feel worn and poorly maintained. Even worse, the tiles in both the entryway and bathroom were sticky underfoot—something you definitely don’t want to...

「My reservation was for 3 people. We had towel for 2. Had to ask for more towels. Did received the towel. The next day again the cleaning staff left towels for 2 people. AGAIN HAD TO ASK FOR MORE TOWELS. The chair in the room had a broken leg. the Desk table was wobbly. The lamp shade had months of dust on them. The bedding was clean.」

「Clean room, paint pealing, remote was barely staying together. Parking not hard as long as not too many cars. Pretty tight squeeze. Needs upgrading. Bathroom sink not in the bathroom.. weird. Free breakfast was next to nothing. For the price, I was quite disappointed. 」

「This is a new property so they are just getting started. Everything was clean and new which was nice. Convenient location and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were quite surprised that the sheets in a Hilton hotel were polyester and the pillows felt like you were sleeping on a balloon so it wasn’t the most comfortable night’s sleep. We did enjoy the kitchen and extra living space for our 8 night stay.」

「We were a late minute find a hotel for the night. It was convenient, decently priced, safe area and near other hotels/restaurants. It was clean, and they seem to be newer owners. Our duvets were not matched. They seem to be going through changes, I think new owners. Staff was friendly, overall good, just not the great. Give them time. We slept well, great beds.」

「It is advertised as a hotel, with the pictures focused on the front of the building, but it is an extended-stay motel. It is dirty, has thin walls, shady characters, and gave us the creeps. The couch felt sticky, and the bed was thin and loud. We could hear the neighbors tv right through our shared door with them. Standing in the room, we felt like we had to whisper so we wouldn't be overheard. We left without staying the night.」
