“The property was a multiplex accommodation which was an unexpected discovery during the check-in procedure as it was not made clear in the advertising. The unit was reasonably clean as should be expected, but extraordinarily high fees were added to this rental by not only the management company (expected), but Expedia, and Vrbo as well, the companies marketing this property. Please be aware that these fees are added before any occupancy, and then the renter is responsible for cleaning the place……

“The place is full of cobwebs, shower drain was slow enough that the tub was filling up slowly, and the chair in the front room is broken with the seat portion sitting in the floor. The heat was all or nothing, but it’s a very old building and only so much you can do about that. I won’t hold it against you too much. ”

Gas tanks not secure on outside appliances. Coffee was in jug that had been used by others , so was sugar. When people were upstairs there was a lot of noise, scraping furniture”
