「Such a great proximity and helpful staff 24/7. Only thing I didn’t like was the parking spaces were small on one side of the hotel. Also if spaces taken up you needed to leave car keys with desk so they could park cars back to back. One time someone forgot to put their ticket in window and it took a while to locate car key.」

The rooms were nice and updated bathroom. The only issue was the 2nd bed. It was very hard and uncomfortable, and had sand in it when the kids got in. Otherwise, loved it and will stay here again!」

「This is an ok budget hotel with friendly staff and a great location. However, several issues will prevent us from returning: 1. Some kitchen utensils were dirty, and the coffee maker was covered in mold. Having paid extra for a room with kitchen facilities, finding mold we refused to use the kitchen at all. 2. Extremely small bathrooms with very weak shower pressure. 3. Daily cleaning was inconsistent, occasionally leaving full trash cans. 4. Emailed management but have not received any response」

「It was fine for one night. But the room was SMALL and we found they had more of the same rooms available for close to $100 less than we paid. It was clean enough. No staff to speak of except for a remote dude talking to you from who knows where. It’s kinda feels like someone bought an old hotel and flipped it to make it look more modern?」

「Overall great place to stay. Rooms were good and specious and it is just 2 walk minutes away from the boardwalk. Check in was smooth and easy. During check in, we were asked to pay $25 resort fees. Now this fee was totally surprise fee as Expedia didn't mention any such fees. I had no problem paying $25 resort fee, but I was expecting resort like services. There was no coffee maker in the room. No paper cups in the room, all plastic cups. There was pool but water was very cold. Out of 2 days,...

「Everything was perfect」

「Not terrible , but not great ! Close to the amusement rides (doesn't shut down till 11pm) Room was clean. ( the couch bed had no bedding in the room ) Trying to get ahold of staff is hard . Lobby is in a different hotel up the block . They do not promptly answer the phone ( ok they could be busy ) take the walk up the block and no one there . Asking for xtra towels took 3.5 hours . Other then that for the price , closeness to the beach and boardwalk it was a very good place Parking is tight...

「Damaged car. For the price we paid for the room, there should be cameras on the property. My Car was left damaged while parked on the provided parking. Front and back bumper aggressively scratched and mud / undercarriage plastic tabs broken.」
