“The property is lovely! It is the second time we have stayed here over the Christmas holiday to go skiing. Other than a few unforeseen maintenance issues, which the property manager addressed immediaely it was a wonderful stay. She generously offered a very nice discount for our next booking to compensate for the minor issues that she was able to manage immediately and with due diligence, especially with the added challenges of it being a holiday week. “Unfortunately, we ran into a situation with a sick child and had to make a last-minute change of plans. We were well aware that this was inside of the typical timeframe where adjustments to our stay could be made, but the experience we had made us feel undervalued and ignored.
